Turbo Plumbing is awesome! Dennis just came out to fix an issue we had with a valve for our washer, and I showed him an issue with our sink - he fixed that too! All in less than an hour! He's great and his prices are reasonable. We just moved to the area and we're thankful we now have a plumber we can trust.

I had to quickly find a plumber for a mysterious leak with water continually seeping from the shower floor tiles. I called several plumbers I found online hoping to find one who could come the same day.

I was successful in getting one company to send someone within a few hours.

Turbo Plumbing was another company I left a message for earlier that day. Dennis called me back and while he could not make it to our house that same day, he was still extremely thorough in trying to help me isolate and troubleshoot the problem over the phone.

He was very methodical in his questions, and most importantly, he listened carefully to my answers before offering suggestions. This advice was offered knowing full well that the job went to another plumber. Talk about creating goodwill. Dennis could have just said, ""Good luck,"" hung up, and no one would have faulted him.

Unfortunately the first plumber was not able to find anything wrong and attributed the problem as possibly being caused by cracked tiles or grout that absorbed excess water.

With the problem becoming more apparent after the plumber left, and persisting through the next day, I called Dennis back and he agreed to come promptly.

After recapping the problem and what the first plumber did, Dennis immediately focused on the faucet valves in the shower. He quickly isolated the leak and immediately contained the problem to prevent further water damage until a replacement part could be ordered.

Dennis was the consummate professional. He's knowledgeable, focused, and extremely efficient. His calm demeanor also helped put everyone at ease. He turned a potentially harrowing situation into a fairly painless one for this first-time customer. Thank you so much, Dennis.

I'm always a little leary about using a company that hasn't been recommended by a family member or friend. Since no one I knew could suggest a plumber I decided to rely on my Yelp friends. You folks did not let me down!!

Long story short, at 7pm last night both of our bathroom toilets backed up. My husband started plunging the heck out of both when all of a sudden we hear water gurgling in the bathtub. I look over and there is water and dirt coming up from the drain in the tub. I'm feeling sick to my stomach at this point and with both of my toilets out of order that ain't good.

After coming up with nada on the family recommendations I did a little searching and reading the reviews on Yelp. I called 4 companies. It was about 8pm and I had to leave 3 messages. The 4th one answered the phone and was quite nice. He quoted me a pretty high price per hour but since I hadn't heard back from the other 3 my husband and I figured that we needed someone and needed them right away and scheduled an appointment for 8:30 in the morning.

Dennis (my 2nd call) from Turbo called me at 8:20am. He spent the next 15-20 minutes listening to my problem and explaining what procedures would probably be needed in order to fix our situation. He also Googled my home and could tell from the pictures where certain things were located so he would have an idea of where to start when he got here. When he quoted me his price it was lower than the other guys so we decided to give him a chance. Yes, I felt bad telling the other one when he called that we didn't need him and thanks for his time.

Dennis got here about 9:30, squeezing us into his already busy schedule. After checking out the problem he explained our options, what would get us by, what would solve the problem for a good amount of time and what we needed to do to fix the problem permenately.

Two hours later we are seriously PLEASED! The job is done and for way cheaper than we thought it would be. I have Turbo's number in my home phonebook (yes, I am old school) and will be calling them back to complete the job. We went with the 2nd option so we are going to need them to come back after the holidays and fix these pipes for good. But even the quoted price for that has put a smile on my husbands face.

I recommend Turbo. Five Stars guys!!

Dennis is the best in the business...professional, conscientious and was able to resolve our problem a day earlier than our scheduled appointment. We would recommend Turbo Plumbing wholeheartedly. The appointment person was also outstanding.

Our shower stopped draining on a Friday morning. After desperate measures on Friday night, we called in the pros at Turbo plumbing on Saturday morning. Thank goodness they were able to show up that day and help us get things flowing properly again as all water in the house had stopped draining- not good with two small children. They were prompt, courteous, explained what they were doing and had reasonable rates for an emergency weekend call!

We moved into a new home in Veranda Heights/Stonebrae. The homes come with Sterling toilets, a very medium grade.

Twice before we had to call Turbo to help unclog the toilets as plungers would not work. Both times they were professional, prompt, did the job and fairly priced.

It happened to us again and this was the last straw. Turbo explained our option, handled the purchase of the new toilet (a Koehler), installed it and we couldn't be more happy. We will be working towards replacing the other three.

This company is great and can be trusted.

We've used Turbo Plumbing for a couple of jobs and have been very happy with their service. 1st job was installing a new toilet, and even before the job was scheduled, Dennis helped me figure out whether the new toilet we wanted to purchase would fit in the limited space available (in an old house where the existing toilet offset from the wall was tight). Installation was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced.

Yesterday, we had a sink clog that would not go away after repeated attempts to clear it, and Chris came out and took care of it, fixed some leaks in the undersink pipes, replaced the old aerator on the faucet and was in and out in less than an hour.

Nice folks, and I trust them to do good work at a fair price.

I found Turbo Plumbing on Yelp and seeing that most reviews were around 4 stars, I decided to give them a shot...boy do I regret that decision!! The owner Dennis called and he was pleasant...telling me that they will show up the next day. When time came, they past my appointment time for about 30 mins and when I did not get a call, I decided to call. I was told the plumber would be there in about 30 mins...okay, whatever, they should have called. After the plumber came he checked my toilet and told me that it was just a seal leak and will have me set up in no time...Great. While he was working, I heard a ""oh, that's not good"", followed by sounds of gushing water. When I went to see, I saw that he had cracked the tank. He called Dennis and said he had no idea how the tank cracked, since he didn't touch it....stupid, even I know that you can't set a toilet with the tank still attached...porcelain is like glass, any stress will crack it at the bolt connection. Since my tank was eight years old, finding a replacement tank would be hard, so Dennis offered to sell me a tank at cost, but wouldn't charge for service...I thought, okay, I shouldn't have to pay for a new toilet, but if the tank didn't break, I would mostly be charged $100 and change just to have a plumber come out, so I said fine. When my bill came, I was charged $165 for the toilet and $125 for service. Wait, I thought the service was free??, so I called Dennis. Dennis tried to justify the charge, telling me that since they came out two times, the service charge was for the first visit..WTF, the first visit your worker broke my toilet, you are charging me for having my toilet broke?? When I tried to reason with him about the charge and explained to him that if I went in for an oil change and the mechanic blew up my engine, should I be charged for the service as well? Dennis, now is no longer pleasant, he told me to just pay for the cost of the toilet and then hung up on me...really, that's how you run a business? Also, the toilet I got from them is two inches shorter then my original one...it looks like it belongs in a kid's bathroom (see attached photo)It looks ridiculous!! I will never use them again and will not refer anyone to Turbo. What a way to treat a customer. If yelp would allow me to give a review with zero stars, I would have...one star is too good for this business. At first I was being serviced for a leaky seal and ended up with paying for their mistake and a kiddie toilet. What a bunch of crooks! Any business can get good reviews if nothing goes wrong, but to be a truely great business, you must be willing to rectify the mistake or problem when things go wrong.
