Found them online when looking for a plumber in Castro Valley. Called this morning and told them I needed help replacing faucets and stems in bathroom, got answering service, received call back from the office within minutes. Was told they would try to have someone out this afternoon, received call at 3 PM that Dennis was on his way. He arrived fixed all my issues within an hour. Professional, courteous, experienced and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend! Thank You!!

On 4th of July weekend 3 years ago, these came and changed out a sewage ejection unit (gross). Their service, quality of work, and composure were excellent. They are my go-to plumbers and I have recommended then many times. Stop reading this review and call them.

I called late on a Friday afternoon with an emergency issue - we had sewage coming up into the house from the toilet. Even though they were completely swamped that day, Dennis made time to come and check out the issue to give me an idea of when they could work on it, and how serious the problem was. I was scheduled first-thing Monday morning and Steve came out and did a wonderful job - prompt, very neat and totally a thorough job. A huge plus was that both Dennis and Steve keep their workspace very clean (most of my work was done in the house) and both are trustworthy and wonderful to work with. A good plumber is hard to come by, and Turbo definitely have my complete confidence and speed dial vote!

Being in the plumbing services business, I'm sure these folks take a lot of crap - and I mean not only literally but also from very challenging customers. Well, I was one of those. We had a very challenging issue with a leaking/vibrating valve in our shower.

The easiest solution would just be to rip out the old system and put a new one in. However, good people don't default to easy solutions but rather the right ones for the people they service. They tried their best to find a replacement cartridge. Then, when they did find it, they realized that two of the rubber rings were missing from the cartridge they removed. My 9-yr-old son likely remove them to play with and pretend they were mini hoola hoops for for his roly poly insect collection. But, he did not confess it. So, we had missing rubber rings. After days and weeks of attempts to replace it, Steve found something from his stock and made it work.

In the end, we did not have to punch a hole through my daughter's closet, I did not have to search through my son's closet and drawers to search for the rubber rings, and I did not have to shell out $$$$ to fix a simple leaking shower faucet.

Why? Because the Turbo Plumbing folks were diligent, communicative, honest, hard working, and found the solution.

Dennis came out and solved a leak problem that has stumped us for years. He also replaced the kitchen faucet and helped solve a pressure problem in my bathroom. He was pleasant and reasonably priced. I would definitely call him back for any future plumbing issues!
