We found our permanent go to plumber! What an amazing find! We called at 11:30 p.m. at night and Alejandro immediately answered. Told him our gas water heater pilot light went out and if there was any way he could immediately come out as we urgently needed hot water to take a shower. He said he could be there in 40 minutes and was there in 30 minutes. Not only did he reset the pilot in 5 minutes, he showed my husband how to do it in case it ever happened again. Wow! Not to mention that he charged us for a regular service call, under $100 and did not upcharge for the late hour we called. Wow again! There are honest and decent plumbers in Granada Hills who do excellent work and its Turbo Plumbing and Rooter!

Unfortunately, I found myself in need of a plumber again due to a second pin hole leak in my bathroom pipes. Without any hesitation, I called Turbo Plumbing on Easter Sunday and they picked up. Alejandro made an appointment to help me out the next day. Turbo was very professional and quick. They cut and replaced the segment of pipe in under an hour. Turbo Plumbing is my go to plumber as I can trust that they will do excellent work.

Turbo did a fantastic job installing a clean out valve. We had an emergency over the weekend and Alejandro and his crew came out right away and took care of the problem. Our water heater stopped working out of the blue and Turbo Plumbing and Rooter was the only business that attempted to offer their services. The others said they either didn't work on that particular brand of water heater or that they were booked. Alejandro came out at 8 pm the same day we called him. Not having any hot water for several days and no time in the day to get it fixed is stressful to say the least! The fact that he found the time to come out to take a look at our water heater was much appreciated. He was very thorough in troubleshooting our water heater and was able to fix the issue without a hitch. The price was fair and he was able to make recommendations in case we decide to replace our water heater in the future. This experience has definitely instilled confidence in using their services should the need arise. If you're having trouble getting help, try these guys!

Came out right away on new years day! Thanks so much. Really appreciated the urgency and prompt call back! My toilet and shower were coughing up chunks of mineral pieces. It's an old house and of course it backs up on new years. Poured a whole gallon of drain-0 and that didnt work either. Very courteous and placed a mat down. Loves pets too!Professional and very nice.
