Our water heater stopped working out of the blue and Turbo Plumbing and Rooter was the only business that attempted to offer their services. The others said they either didn't work on that particular brand of water heater or that they were booked. Alejandro came out at 8 pm the same day we called him. Not having any hot water for several days and no time in the day to get it fixed is stressful to say the least! The fact that he found the time to come out to take a look at our water heater was much appreciated. He was very thorough in troubleshooting our water heater and was able to fix the issue without a hitch. The price was fair and he was able to make recommendations in case we decide to replace our water heater in the future. This experience has definitely instilled confidence in using their services should the need arise. If you're having trouble getting help, try these guys!

Came out right away on new years day! Thanks so much. Really appreciated the urgency and prompt call back! My toilet and shower were coughing up chunks of mineral pieces. It's an old house and of course it backs up on new years. Poured a whole gallon of drain-0 and that didnt work either. Very courteous and placed a mat down. Loves pets too!Professional and very nice. I wish I could give them a 10!!! The team was amazing and earned my trust right away! Before giving me an estimate for repiping, Don ensured that the work could be done with minimum damage to the walls as the pipes were also located in the attic which would allow a lower price. Alejandro climbed into the attic through a small opening in the closet and made sure it was workable and in good shape. It was! None of the other companies that came prior Turbo plumbing, took the time or made the effort to do so (for instance, they were talking about breaking the wall in my living room in order to get to the pipes in master bathroom when in reality they were none in that specific location).
Thanks to their professionalism,courtesy and attention to details, Alejandro and Edwin completed the job in a timely manner, showing up everyday on time and taking care of details beyond the scope of my expectations. I really gotta thank these guys!!! I had an emergency situation where my kitchen sink was not draining. These guys responded within the hour and got here just as fast. Edwin was my technician great guy very knowledgeable. Got the job done quickly and with very little mess which he cleaned up anyway. After everything was fixed and back to normal there was no upsell and not a surprise change in price that was already talked about. Thank you guys for making a horrible situation 1000% better. I will call these guys again if I'm ever in need of anything plumbing related because they know what they are doing and they are reasonably priced!!!
