I was having issues with my fairly new water heater. Alejandro came out EARLY. He worked on the water heater even placing calls to the manufacturer. He was able to get some of the parts covered by warranty which was a HUGE help. He did not leave my property until I had hot water. Thank you Alejandro and Turbo for excellent customer service.

I had the dreaded moment this afternoon when I realized that the plunger wasn't going to unclog the toilet and I was getting sewage coming up through the shower drain. A lot rushes through your mind when you're praying it's only a blockage.

I checked with NextDoor and saw a couple of good reviews for Turbo P&R. They were in my neighborhood so I gave them a buzz. The dispatcher told me there was actually a technician finishing up a job two blocks away from me. Sure enough, not 10 minutes later, Edwin appeared at my door. He was polite, clean (I mean he's a plumber for gosh sakes) and efficient. He checked my cleanout and determined it was a block between the toilet and the cleanout. He had to remove the toilet to use the ""BIG 75"" rooter, and he was in and out in maybe 35 minutes. After replacing the toilet with a fresh seal (and a thorough explanation of why he chose that particular seal) he cleaned both the floor and tub before he left. Really nice guy.

I'm always happy to pass along praise for solid service. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

My water heater started leaking, so I called my home warranty company. They sent a plumber to check the issue. I wasn't satisfied with the way the plumber sent by them addressed the issue. He went overboard with additional things that I have to do besides changing the water heater. I decided to pick my own plumber. A friend referred me to Turbo Plumbing. Jerry from the company came, checked the leak and ended up replacing the water heater. He did an amazing job, it was fairly quick and made sure everything works perfectly before he left.I recommend Turbo Plumbing and Rooter if you have any plumbing issues.

I needed a new kitchen facet installed and contemplated installing it myself. Since do-it-yourself jobs can be unpredictable, I decided to call several different plumbers to price out the job. I chose Turbo because they were reasonably priced and the reviews. I was not disappointed. Edwin arrived with a mask and plastic shoe coverings, which I appreciated. He was very polite and got right to work. He finished the job and even though I provided the facet, he took the time to show me some its features (it was one of the touch-less facets with a sensor). I was very pleased and will for sure recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time I have called Turbo Plumbing and Rooter. Jerry was on time, professional and the charge was reasonable. I have recommended Turbo to others in the past, and they were also happy with their service. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I had a nice combo of clogging issues that coincidentally happened at the same time. Edwin and Jerry were extremely helpful in going through and diagnosing each issue. The main issue was a large greasy clog that ended up requiring a hydrojet. They didn't charge for helping with the other minor issues and were able to get the hydrojet same day. They were very professional and explained all of the possible culprits and how they were trying to fix them as they worked.

I also appreciated getting notified by Daniella over the phone on updates to the scheduling. I think I ended up speaking to 4 different employees and they were all very helpful and responsive.

Our neighbor suggested Turbo Plumbing when the company we'd used in the past just couldn't accommodate us. We were blown away by the speed of getting an appointment and then Edwin showed up. He is wicked smart, polite, efficient, and good humored. He was also very conscientious with COVID-19 protocols. I'm in a high risk group and appreciated the effort.

Edwin assessed the bathroom fixtures, knowing immediately what was needed. Since the parts were not on his truck, he zipped to the hardware store instead of ordering parts for installation at a later date. What was beyond all expectations was his dedication to finding the necessary hardware. He went to three different places, returning triumphant within 90 minutes!

Edwin was patient as we added the inevitable ""...well, while you're here..."" repairs. His knowledge base is deep, allowing him the ability to know exactly what's needed to make it all better. We expected a huge bill but were delighted with a fair price for the work performed.

Turbo is now our forever plumbing service. They have no choice in the matter!

Two years later and these are still my go-to guys! And for my parents as well. My mom is disabled and my dad is a full-time caregiver, so it's one less stressor knowing that when something goes wrong that Turbo will be there promptly and fix the problem. We just bought a new house and they were one of the first phone calls I made. They came out to make some updates and repairs to plumbing and gas lines. They are the best!
