Jasper at Tucson Plumbing was so nice. I was having trouble changing our water filter and was having a rough day and Jasper offered to come out right away and help me. You don't get customer service like that anymore. He went over everything with me and made it so easy. I can't thank him enough! I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future for my plumbing needs.

I find that Tucson Plumbing was a very acceptable company. They were very respectful and knowledgeable. I had a persistent leak. And they solved the issue and at a reasonable price. I am more than satisfied with this company.

I had a leak under the foundation and because the house is post tension, the pipe had to be re routed. Technicians Ernie and Lalo completed this task in only 1/2 day to restore hot water to me and my family. They were courteous, professional and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend.

The serviceman was very nice. He adjusted two toilets so they would flush efficiently. I also had a new kitchen faucet I wanted to have installed. He received an estimate for the installation from the home office. The estimated charge was $629.00. Unbelievable! I sent him on his way......I paid the 69.00 trip fee. So the estimate was $629.00 to install the faucet. The serviceman adjusted the water flow in the toilets and said they were fine. I watched a 10 minute video showing how to install a faucet on you tube. Hardly a job worth $629.00! I think the elderly should be very careful!

I called on a Wednesday to schedule a plumber to come out for a construction bid. We scheduled for Friday. They gave me a range of time that they would arrive which was 8am -12pm. They also told me about their 70$ bid charge that would apply to the bottom line if scheduled. All of that was fine, except they never showed up. Thank you, Tucson Plumbing, for saving me the 70$ and showing me up front that you can not be dependable! I'll go with the other bid that showed up promptly, for free, as they promised.

The quality of their work is not at issue here. They get two stars for exorbitant prices. We had them come out to replace a leaking seal in the toilet. Popped in a new seal, fixed. Then we asked them to swap out an old shower head for a new one that I provided. A couple twists, done. The bill came to $30 for the plastic ring (under $5 at stores), and $229 for labor. I found that charge outrageous and told them so, but they insisted the charge was correct. If you call Tucson plumbing for any simple repair, be forewarned. Their pricing is inexcusable.

I called Tucson Plumbing today, Saturday, regarding an emergency. Their phones were answered by a friendly, knowledgeable individual. This was Saturday, yet Tucson Plumbing had the ""A Crew"" on board and ready to go. She listened carefully to our situation. Then, she immediately dispatched a friendly, knowledgeable professional who arrived on scene within less than an hour. What was our emergency? A drunk driver crashed into one of our homes. Yes! Crashed into the home and left a gaping hole along with a whole host of other damage. When the Tucson Plumbing Plumber arrived, he very professionally surveyed the scene and was busy working within minutes. He repaired underground lines, sweated copper lines, repaired wirsbo lines, and much, much more. Remember, it's Saturday and the evening is closing in. So, I walk over to him and say ""I""m sorry that this problem occurred on a Saturday and it's heading toward evening""! He responds by saying that he will stay until the job get's done.....and he does. Friendly, knowlegable phone response, early arrival, sharp professional plumber.....what more can you ask for?

I have a new home in Civano and needed to add plumbing for a new water softener, water filtration system and the drainage for both with the loop back in the plumbing feed, not the plastic parts on the water systems. Another requirement of mine is that it has to look good when completed, both inside and outside. Not a hack job.

Ben from Tucson Plumbing came out, surveyed and discussed the possibilities with me on the estimation. I liked the plan, accepted the estimate and scheduled the work.

Ben showed up on time and completed the work even better than I expected. The final work looked terrific and performed as required, no leaks, even hooked up my water systems for me.

1st. Let me say that at least we got the job done . This was neither after hours or on a weekend . Tim showed up an hr after the office told me he would
Total time from the time Tim ( the plumber ) showed up till I got the bill was 1hr 50 min . I volunteered to help him to expedite matters ( I am a tradesman as well) and at no time was told hat I would be charged extra for the pleasure .
The process of replacing 2 valves 1 - 11/4 in ball valve and 1 -3/4 inch gate valve went smoothly except that I had to go to the store and purchase the valve ! I also let Tim use my tools !! He apparently did not have a saws all !
For this I was charged $417 !! With my labor ,my tools and my parts ! Just about 2 X what the job was worth under extraordinary circumstances. this was not that .
Am I angry? You bet! When I got the bill I could not speak .
I called the office the next day and the girl said Tim would call me back. When he did he said "" it was out of his hands.""
Beware of this company.
