The job required removing a thermostatic mixer from our hot water heater and adding flex tubings, materials less than $50. We were charged $602 and it took less than two hours. That's almost $300 per hour in labor and the high end of the average for our area is $150. I will never use Tucson Plumbing again and I would not recommend them to any.

Had trouble with my Rinnai water heater and the technian, I believe his name was Branden Miller, was quick and efficient in getting it repaired.

We had Tucson Plumbing out to replace the plumbing hardware where the water main from the street enters the outside of the house. The plumbers---Jesus Jimenez-Ochoa and McIntosh Martinez...were courteous and knowledgeable with a nice touch of humor. They came in under the original estimate and apparently did a good job because we haven't had a problem. We have used other plumbing companies with varied results, but have used Tucson Plumbing for our last three or four jobs and now that is our ""go to"" company. Jesus, in particular, is the guy we always ask for because we know the job will be done right.

Called because an outside spigot failed, causing water to gush out - we had no water as we had to turn off at main cutoff valve. The tech came within a couple of hours. He was professional and competent, explained that he had to do some welding to install new spigot. We thought the charges were on the high side but per neighbors they were average and reasonable. Would probably use Tucson Plumbing again.

Recommended by neighbors. Only needed to replace a standard size toilet with a comfort/chair height. The service tech was respectful, competent, and extremely thorough. He replaced not only the toilet but the supply line valve as well since the current valve was worn. When he left, there was no hint he had even been here because of how carefully he caulked around the stool and cleaned the area. You cannot ask for more.

I had several issues with my plumbing at my rental property and I had nothing but GREAT experiences with Tucson Plumbing. Lisa the manager was accommodating, courteous, and happy to make things work for me in such a short time frame. Ben my plumbing tech was THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Thorough, meticulous and very understanding of the issue and that we did not need a reoccurrence. He was patient but efficient. I will use NO ONE else but Tucson plumbing for my rentals and my primary residence.

Special thanks to Tucson Plumbing. We have a house guest who wanted to shower in our guest bathroom yesterday. No water came out of shower head. Since we don't use that shower on a regular basis , we did not realize it wasn't working. Called Tucson Plumbing and nice gal in office apologized that they couldn't come out same day but could send someone out next day. Jesus came well before appointment time and got it fixed and up and running. He expLained everything and explained the fees. We were more than satisfied.

They didn't bother calling to say they wouldn't be showing up for our scheduled appointment today. It must be nice to not need your customers when they need you. This company's business card was lambasted throughout the previous owners pipework in our home. Why leave your calling card only to be MIA?

Two men (one a new hire in training) came to my home. I had to request that they wear masks and then had to remind one of the men to put it on after being out in his truck. They did not have booties with them or bring any lysol wipes per the website statement below. These are all professional practices that have been in place with contractors for pre-covid. I have asthma and do all that I can to keep my home clean and as free as possible of allergens and viruses. I rarely write a review like this and hope it helps discerning customers.

The manager stated he did not want to get into a political discussion when I noted my feedback. He missed the point and attempted to minimize my concerns. These issues are about professionalism and health and leaving the job as clean as you found it.

""At Tucson Plumbing we take the health and safety of our customers very seriously, especially now. Please know that when you need our services, our techs will be wearing latex gloves and booties at all times while at your home or office, and we will wear a dust mask at your request. We also carry and use hand sanitizer and Lysol wipes. Safety first!""

This is specifically for Steve T

We called Tucson Plumbing and talked to Dori, the dispatcher. We told her that we had a clogged kitchen drain and a leak. She said she would get someone out to see us on Monday, since we called on a Friday. We asked if all the plumbers were employees and she said yes! She also said that all the plumbers were employed ten years or longer.

When the plumber showed up Monday, we found out that Dori did not accurately describe our problem on the work order, but he came expecting only a leak. We also found out that the truck that came out with the plumber, who was an independent contractor, was not fully equipped to handle a clog further than 50 feet from the kitchen sink. (our clog was past 50 feet. The longer snake was not on the truck due to the lack of equipment distributed to the contractors.

The plumber. Brian, was very exceptional, and was highly skilled. However, without the proper tools, he did his best,

After over three hours, Brian left with everything apparently working properly. An hour after he left, the Clog returned and was worse than when we started.

We called, and Brian was to return the next day. He snaked it again with no success. He needed a longer snake!

We immediately called the company and talked to Jasper, the supervisor over all the contracted plumbers. WITHIN THE COURSE OF TWO MINUTES, JASPER INSULTED MY WIFE, INSULTED ME, AND WAS SO RUDE, I ALMOST CAME THROUGH THE PHONE! Not only was he rude, but he lied to us blatantly throughout the phone conversation. This guy has no business being on the phone ever with a customer. He has 0 people skills!

We had to overlook Jasper's temper, bad manners, and rudeness with the hopes that they would return without charging us more than the $586 we already spent.

Brian returned the third time with the proper snake. The problem was fixed to our satisfaction.

We would highly recommend Brian, but were very dissatisfied with Jasper and the high prices charged by Tucson Plumbing.
