Tub Cove has been a life saver! I have needed to replace the shower and tub in two bathrooms within three months. Jim and his team have great value, service, and reliability. Tub Cove is also an independent business - and a customer experience like no other. When the did demo on my tub and found previous work needed to be undone before the install, the owner Jim called me to see how to help - even though this is outside of their realm of responsibility. Wow!

This is a shout out to Jose and Austin at Tub Cove who did an excellent job of removing my very deep tub tiled walls. The tub is too deep for a short person like me, so am having a walk-in shower installed hopefully by the end of this next week. When Austin and Jose were here, they worked steadily, as neatly as they could be when taking out a tub and the tile siding along the walls of the tub, etc. - they even swept up afterwards. I am impressed. Now , just waiting for my beautiful new walk in shower to be installed and will update this post when job is completed.

If you're anything like me, you are scouring the internet for reviews on bathroom remodelers and trying to discern what's real, what's a good deal, and who is actually available in Seattle/the East Side since everyone seems to be doing work on their homes right now and contractors are in high demand! Well, I was in your shoes a few months ago, and I spent a lot of time calling and speaking with companies who had high star ratings on Google. Let me save you some time - Tub Cove is the best quality and the best value with the best crew. I can't say enough wonderful things about Tub Cove & their whole crew, from the owner (Jim) to the awesome office manager (Lexi) and all the hardworking crew & journeymen who remodeled our bathroom, we had the best experience and are so thrilled with the end results. As first-time bathroom remodelers who got in a little over our heads with ideas/overwhelmed with the wide range of companies & pricing out there, Jim took the time to coach us through the whole process, gave us a wide range of options when it came to scale of project, materials and pricing, and then literally helped me turned my Pinterest board dream bathroom into a reality within our budget. You can pick out all your own finishings from any store (we used Wayfair) and then his experts installed new waterproof flooring and even found us an amazing artisan tiler who did the most perfect white subway tile around our new deep-soaking enclosed tub. Our new bathroom is my most favorite part of our house now. Whether you need a repair, just want to replace your bathtub, or want to do a whole remodel like we did, they have experts who can help you with your project. The work crew was super kind & respectful & completely professional. I wish I could give them all more stars! Seriously look at how beautiful ours turned out:

Their installers are great but the program managers (Lexi and Alexia) who handled the project were not clear on what would and would not be covered.

When I first signed the contract with them I had a verbal agreement from them that they would include the shower fixtures into the cost of the contract itself. There was no place in the contract itself to specify who would be covering the cost of the fixtures themselves.

They were however clear that the cost of the faucets was not included in the price and was on me to cover.

Due to this miscommunication they provided a verbal agreement that they would reimbursing the cost of the shower fixtures. However when it came time for the payment they mentioned because no contract was signed for it they would not honor reimbursement. At the end of the day this became a he said, she said disagreement which I did not feel like having over a $170 price difference.

The salesperson came in, gave a quote, then I emailed her with questions. It took her almost a week to respond that she would ask someone, then vanished again. I am having someone else starting the job tomorrow

We had a tub installed in a cabin. We love the results! The quality is excellent. Beautiful beefy tub and walls. The whole experience was very positive. Choosing was not overwhelming and the installation was very smooth.

Jim and his team were exceptional! I needed a tub replaced in my rental property. Unfortunately, I don't live in the same state as my rental. I called Tub Cove and started working with Jim. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to explain things over the phone. He also went the extra mile to do a thorough inspection of my existing tub and surroundings, checking for any possible leaks and water damage. He even went the extra mile to walk down into my garage and check for possible water damage there. This was extremely helpful since I wasn't there in person. We were fit into the schedule within 2 weeks of our first conversion (and this was over the holidays, spanning across new years). The whole job only took 2 days. The teams that came in to do the replacement were professional and cleaned as they went. I would recommend Tub Cove 100% and would most definitely call on them again.

I had an appointment scheduled for 01/19/2021, 1pm , I called and confirmed and was informed that they are on the way. Took a day off from my job for this. They never came nor called me. I called several times, no one picked up the phone.
I would not recommend this company. My time is as valuable as your time.

This company was once reputable. NOT ANY MORE! The new owner & manager are flakey. They gave me a quote that included a wallboard install. 3 weeks after the quote I called and asked why no one has scheduled the wallboard installation as my cove install date was just a few days away. They told me they fired the scheduling person. I said I would just do the wallboard myself and please subtract the labor and materials from the total. Jeremie agreed. As he hung up the phone I could hear him screaming profanities. I did the wallboard myself and the following monday the installer came and installed the cove. Now they tell me the quote never included the wallboard installation. He is a bold faced liar. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
