I had a running toilet and texted Jade to estimate the fix. Tim came later that day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it for me. He was super nice and I appreciated that he took the time to explain what was going on and showed me how to turn off the water if I needed to troubleshoot in the future. Now I have a plumber I can call if I need one! Definitely recommend!

Today, Tim and his team member replaced our leaking garbage disposal, proactively replaced 13 plastic angle stop valves to brass ones, as well as repair our leaking bathroom faucets. Given the hard water here in Dublin, our faucets were not only leaking but the build up made the handles very difficult to turn . The faucet handles in our master and kids bath were both really bad cases and took a lot of time to resolve but Tim was able to get them to work again. I think we will need our faucets replaced at some point but Tim bought us some time.

I think a key differentiator with Tim is that he charges by the job line item and not by the hour so there are no unpleasant surprises. Given the time spent, the outcome price was more than fair. Overall, very nice guy and easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Tim and Jade helped us fixed a leaky water pipe out front of our house. They were able to fit us in the next day. They were amazing with their communication and got us an estimate quickly.

Can't say enough good things about Tim when he showed up. Work looks great, done quickly, and it was reasonable cost. Tim was easy to talk to about the issue, how it will be fixed, etc.

Hopefully I don't need a plumber any time soon. But if I do, I know who to call.

Had a video phone conversation with Tim and he was easily able to figure out the issue with my plumbing. I noticed the water pressure had been decreasing over the past month. With his expertise, he quickly realized it was the water softener and I realized someone had unplugged it. After plugging it back in and running a couple of regen cycles, the water pressure in my house is back up again! Thanks Tim!

Tim and Jade were very responsive on Yelp and booked the appointment promptly.
Tim kept us informed about the what he was diagnosing. We thought we may have to replace the tap but he was able to fix our original kitchen tap, which was better quality than the new one we bought. Tim was genuine in his advice. He did not try to overcharge us for anything.
