Had a video phone conversation with Tim and he was easily able to figure out the issue with my plumbing. I noticed the water pressure had been decreasing over the past month. With his expertise, he quickly realized it was the water softener and I realized someone had unplugged it. After plugging it back in and running a couple of regen cycles, the water pressure in my house is back up again! Thanks Tim!

Tim kept us informed about the what he was diagnosing. We thought we may have to replace the tap but he was able to fix our original kitchen tap, which was better quality than the new one we bought. Tim was genuine in his advice. He did not try to overcharge us for anything.

I called TTL plumbing because I had to have a Faucet and in-sink hot water system replaced. I had attempted to do the job myself, however, I could not get the old faucet off of the sink due to a very old nut and thread.

Tim was very prompt in his reply and showed up the next day and was able to remove the faucet and install both the faucet and the *NSYNC hot water system in short order. He is extremely friendly efficient and reasonable!

Our toilet was clogged again. It was a Sunday night when I reached out to TTL via text, but Jade was prompt in replying. She worked with me to get a convenient time. The day of the service, Tim arrived early and within a few minutes determined that the flapper wasn't letting all the water out of the tank. He unclogged the toilet and adjusted the flapper so it would allow all the water out of the tank before closing. He explained that this should create more siphonic pressure to get a stronger flush. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the fix to me. After he saw what was needed, he even charged me less than what was originally quoted. I really appreciate this integrity. If you want to work with someone that you can halve full trust in, I highly recommend Tim & Jade with TTL Plumbing. They also take payments via Zelle, which is very convenient. Such great people to work with.
