Tim is an honest, organized, reliable plumber in the area. I kept his number from a year ago when he offered advice on our water softener. We didn't use his services at that time but his kindness and competence over the phone led me to keep his phone number for the future.

We had a leak underneath our bath tub recently and he answered his phone even though it was after 7pm. We quickly set an appointment for the following day and he diagnosed, gave a fair quote and took care of the issue the next following day.

He showed us in detail what the issue was, his game plan and the after photos to make sure the job was complete.

Tim & Tim are great.

Our bathroom sink suddenly began falling out of its vanity. We showed them our sink and they did an assessment to make sure that their work would be able to hold up. Once they were certain that they could fix it, they started.

They needed the glue to cure, so they turned off our water line and said they'd be back later in the week. They returned when they said they would and the sink is now fixed. No one would ever know that it was precariously dangling just days earlier!

The sink is now functioning; it looks good. They left the space clean and were very friendly and kind. Highly recommend.

My Mom needed her sink, disposal hooked up, and her washing machine valves replaced. Tim was on time, communicative and very nice to work with. His prices were fair. Will be calling him for a water filtration/softener install soon!

Our hot water went out. I arranged with another company to replace it. Long story short there was a 1.25"" gas line blocking the heater from being removed. They basically passed on the installation. Based on reviews I called a couple of other companies. I spoke with Jade and sent some photos. TTL was the first that had an opening so I went with them and I'm glad I did. Tim gave a quote based on the pictures. He then came to look at it in person on Saturday. He stopped on his way to the mall with his daughter and was dressed in plain clothes. He spent a while looking at it and figuring it out. He even went in the crawl space in his good clothes to check where the gas line ran. I felt bad because it's filthy under there and he got very dirty. But no complaints from Tim! He came back Monday morning with a helper (Tim 2). It was a tough job and they spent the entire day (past 5:00) working on it. I was very happy with the way he rerouted the pipe and the quality of the installation. And despite all the hard work the final price was in his price estimate. Tim and Jade (and Tim 2) were a pleasure to work with and I feel they are ""good people"". I would highly recommend them!

We had a major issue with our toilet in our upstairs bathroom that was leaking.

We received a referral to TTL Plumbing from our neighbors who had a wonderful experience with them.

I was able to get in contact with Jade to set up the appointment right away. Although I had emailed them on Sunday night, she responded back to me right away to set-up the appointment that same week. What fast response!

Tim came right on time on the day of my appointment. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He, along with his assistant (also named Tim), fixed our toilet, as well as fix a number of our shut-off valves under our sinks, replace a couple of our outdoor faucets and replace our laundry room faucet. They did an excellent job.

Their price is quite reasonable, especially for the high quality of their job.

Finding a good plumber, especially a trustworthy person who is excellent at his/her job, is not easy. We think we found one, and we expect to rely on Tim for our future plumbing needs.

I have wanted to do this review for a while. First is the short version for anyone who is in a rush or the TLDR type or just wants to skip the foreplay:

What was done:
1. Replaced kitchen faucet with a new Flow faucet with a sensor
2. Fix some pipes under bathroom sink that were leaking
3. Loosen hot water know that had gotten stuck

Long Version:
I had put off fixing some plumbing issues and installing a new faucet because I wasn't looking forward to the effort to find a good plumber. I was worried that I would get unlucky and find one that charged too much while doing a substandard job.

I was lucky to talk with TTL. Jade was nice and knowledgeable, and although I wasn't in a hurry or had an emergency, she checked on availability the next day texted with me later in the evening to get something the next day, Saturday.

The 2 Tim's came the next day on time. Tim 1 was so nice, he asked questions, explained everything and so genuine. It turned out that his sister was one of the head teachers that took care of my son at his afterschool daycare. What a small world.

The main thing is, I felt like I could trust both Tim's and they did everything, cleaning up like they were never there. Quality was excellent. On top of doing a great job, they didn't charge me for one of the work since it wasn't they didn't have to do too much time fix it.

I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to anyone who has plumbing needs. They will do a good quality job, they will show up when they say and they are honest and a joy to work with. Finally, they are a small family business. Tim 1 is married to Jade and Tim 2 is the brother. They also have local roots growing up in the Dublin/Pleasanton area.

Highly recommend TTL plumbing. Called after 5pm, but still got prompt responses and was able to come the following day. Communicated very efficiently over text message, which is a must these days with how busy everyone is.
