He was messaging me all throughout the day and night to get my problem fixed properly. He came the following morning and got the problem solved in about 15 minutes. This review is for repair of kitchen sink tubular pipes that Tim repaired back in March 2022. It was a great experience from beginning to end. TTL was prompt in providing estimate for the job and gave us best quote of all. On the day of repair they arrived on time, delivered high quality work, finished job in time and left everything in order. I also remember Tim addressed a plumbing issue that was not in the job scope earlier, without charging us extra. Overall, very satisfied with the work delivered by TTL Plumbing.

Definitely 5 stars services. Got text from our tenant around 1PM about kitchen sink clogged. TTL office is able to get Tim out by 3:30 and got main pipe cleared. During the services, Tim was able to talk with our tenant because he can speak multiple languages which is plus!!! Great experience.

I usually never write a review but my water heater stopped working all of sudden. And I quote many place, this guy Jade was the only one help me get thru step by step and actually try to help me instead of some others try to just rip me off. Some other gave me slight better price or option but I like this person, very straight forward. This is how people should do there business. I'll talk to my roommates and hopefully see you soon.
