Highly recommend TTL plumbing. Called after 5pm, but still got prompt responses and was able to come the following day. Communicated very efficiently over text message, which is a must these days with how busy everyone is.

We lived for 2 weeks without hot water, luckily for being in the summer time we could tolerate cold showers but no more.

I reached out to 8 different plumbers, some that ignored me given it was an older unit and others that stated the location was not a good spot for a change out and would charge more for installation/removal.

I did not get the same response from TTL and quick honest response to the issue at hand. We had an old dated water heater but I could not tell the model, most places charged just to come look at the unit. The cost was also more reasonable.

One plumber stated to add earthquake pieces it would cost me $500 dollars extra and to get the right pipes $800 more/ items that seem necessary to install. Right now it is more expensive to get a water heater installed, it's rare to see more honest businesses now and really appreciate it here.

I think at the end of the day, parts and heater involved all good!

Scheduling with Jade was very easy and Thiem did a great job diagnosing and then replacing my kitchen faucet and also provided a lot of helpful tips for the future.

Can I provide a 10 star review? lol. I can definitely see why this company has all 5 star reviews! Scheduled my appt with Jade who was pleasant and very responsive in providing a quote. Then, working with Tim and his assistant to address my plumbing issues was excellent. They were prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and experienced and Tim clearly answered all of my questions. Very customer service-oriented company which is so important these days! Plus, their pricing is competitive and they have a warranty on their work. Win/win all around.

I would highly recommend TTL Plumbing for any plumbing needs you may have. With home ownership, I've had a lot of work done over time w various contractors, electricians, plumbers, etc and I was honestly impressed with this company.
