Our toilet was clogged again. It was a Sunday night when I reached out to TTL via text, but Jade was prompt in replying. She worked with me to get a convenient time. The day of the service, Tim arrived early and within a few minutes determined that the flapper wasn't letting all the water out of the tank. He unclogged the toilet and adjusted the flapper so it would allow all the water out of the tank before closing. He explained that this should create more siphonic pressure to get a stronger flush. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the fix to me. After he saw what was needed, he even charged me less than what was originally quoted. I really appreciate this integrity. If you want to work with someone that you can halve full trust in, I highly recommend Tim & Jade with TTL Plumbing. They also take payments via Zelle, which is very convenient. Such great people to work with.

Before arriving, Tim called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained exactly what he was going to do, got to work and in no time our sinks were functional again. We had water dripping down into the garage from upstairs bathroom. Called multiple companies and found Tim to be most responsive and economical. When he came for checkup, he did a thorough check up and concluded that it's probably the caulking around the tub as he didn't see any leakage when we ran shower for a while in his presence. Showed me where to fill the caulk and that's it. Didn't even charge anything. Hard to find such honest workmen nowadays. Will call Tim for all our plumbing needs going forward.

Tim recently did three jobs for us as we moved into our new home - fixing a blocked kitchen drain , installing an under sink RO system for us and replacing an insinkerator unit that was leaking. Tim responded super quickly, was on time for each appointment, explained clearly what the issue was, the cost and the fix he was putting in.
Tim's very patient and has been very kind with us - we had a leaky RO system on our first order , Tim reduced his second trip visit charges. Recently he dropped by to fix a blockage in our insinkerator and waived his trip charges (who does that nowadays!).
Tim's a find - hope I dont have to use his services again soon :) - but will be passing along his reference to my buddies gladly.
