Huge shout-out to Tim Sheppard, owner of TS Backflow! Last night, the massive throng of Trick-or-Treaters damaged my backflow preventer and started spraying water out. I had to shut the water off to the house. No showers. No toilets. No morning coffee I frantically reached out to every backflow company I could find, but of course it's late on a holiday. Fortunately TS Backflow responded and was able to come out and fix it early today! Morning coffee was saved!!

He came to our home as soon as he could (pretty late) since we had our water shut-off for the time being until our backflow was repaired.

He was able to diagnose the problem right away and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. He was very professional, friendly, and reliable.

Truly grateful for his kindness and honesty. Can't recommend him enough! Thank you TS Backflow! Another positive experience!

If I could give Tim more stars I would!! He was so responsive and helpful. I coordinated the Backflow inspection for my dad and Tim responded to all of my questions.
