Tim responded very quickly to my initial request and questions. His price for test, repair and retest is reasonable and very good (quotes from others were unreasonably high). Recently (Yesterday afternoon) replaced a backflow preventer for a residential property.
Contacted TS Backflow, and was given an immediate response by Tim. He was super friendly and got me on the schedule for This morning for 10 am.
10:08 am this morning I received a phone call confirmation that the test had been completed and passed.

I am really grateful for Tim. He came and helped me to replace my old backflow device. He came on time with all the tools needed and some of extra parts for the installation. He did the test after installing the new backflow device and emailed me the report, all that with very reasonable price.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Tim at TS Backflow is very reliable and responsive to any questions I had.
Tim found a little leak and took care of the issue. Tim had all the equipment needed to fix the leak and perform all the pressure checks. Tim cleaned the number one valve also. Tim went way above his standard service. Tim showed up on Sunday and did not charge any additional amount for weekend service. Tim emailed the passed report to the city as well. His service is seamless and I'd highly recommend TS Backflow and especially Tim.
