TRZ plumbing was excellent. I needed my water heater to be replaced, and Tim was able to come in on the same day and replace it while doing an *excellent* job.

My old water heater was installed somewhat strangly and they moved/changed some of the pipes and fittings and provided a new stand.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided (and Tim was really friendly). I highly reccomend TRZ plumbing.

This is a late review as I've already used them several times in the past, clogged garbage disposal, pipe and toilet installation, and water heater replacement, they did it all and did a wonderful job. My house had a very old rusty water valve that got stuck in the closed position and we had no water in our house. My husband and I tried to replace the valve ourselves after watching many YouTube videos and purchasing materials from Home Depot, but ultimately was unsuccessful. We called Tim last minute and he came by soon after and replaced our valve in about 30mins. Now we wish we had called him earlier and saved ourselves some time, trouble, and headache!!! Thank you Tim!

This pains me a little, because Tim has so many other glowing reviews, I have no idea what happened here. We called about a leak under our kitchen sink, and Tim was able to come out and take a look the following afternoon. He replaced a worn-out gasket but said there was a screw missing, and he didn't have the part on him but said we should give him a call the next morning and he'd pop back in as soon as he could. Well, we never did get that screw replaced. We called and texted and called again, and most of the time, the calls and texts went unanswered. Twice he responded and told us he'd be out that afternoon, but he failed to show up both times. He didn't even call to tell us he wouldn't be able to make it; he just never showed up. After a couple of weeks of attempting to get him out here to finish the job, we gave up and replaced it ourselves. So he never completed the job that we paid for. I guess I should have known better than to write the check before the job was complete, but I never thought he wouldn't come through. Now, about a month later, the sink is leaking again. We tried to contact him, but guess what, no reply, so we had to have someone else come out and fix it. Not what I would have expected from someone with over 80 5-star reviews!

Had TRZ Plumbing (Tim) replaced my water heater. He was a little late because he had an emergency call. He did text early to tell me. When showed up he was pleasant and did s nice job. Knew wgg f at was doing. Had him put in some extra valves. He cost was very reasonable.

This guy is amazing. I called him at 9am and described our situation: water heater leaking. Very hard to get to behind the washer dryer.
It's now noon and he just left after draining and carting off the old one and installing a new one.
