Tim is a referral from a friend - he was busy, but provided a same day commitment knowing the urgency of no hot water. He arrived late in the evening to keep his commitment. I really appreciate his awesome customer service. The water heater is only 7 years old, sold to me by another plumber in town who was overpriced and installed a sub-standard unit, then repaired twice. Tim was able to fix it so I can perhaps buy some more time before installing a new one. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely go to him when I need to replace this current heater.

Our landlord called Tim late in the afternoon for an emergency repair when we discovered our bungalow's hot water heater was leaking buckets. By the end of the evening he had replaced our faulty unit with a brand new one, and we had hot showers ready that same night.

The water heater is only half the story. We also asked him to look at our gas heater. Having just moved into the place, the heat had been left off after the previous tenant vacated. Unfortunately, it was the middle of the only cold week in January, and sleeping there the night before had been...unpleasant. Now, the PG&E guy had been by earlier in the day, but he said he couldn't turn on the heat because he'd need to access the gas connection, which was located under the house in the crawl space. He didn't seem super enthusiastic about the task, suggested we have the landlord hire a private heating contractor, and left us to the cold for another night. When we mentioned it to Tim, however, was immediately up for the challenge. In the middle of a rainstorm, he crawled IN THE DARK through the mud and under the house to take his best crack at it. He spent almost an hour under there, in the cold, trying to get the gas on for us. There's no amount of money in the world you could pay me to do that job, even in broad daylight. Tim is a total trooper.

Turns out the gas heater needed a new part that Tim didn't have on hand, but my girlfriend and I were extremely grateful for the effort. I never write these reviews, but this was a particularly noteworthy encounter. I had to tip my hat to the man. Thank you, Tim!

We all know the feeling when it comes time to find a plumber. You wonder who you can trust. You wonder who will give you good service at a fair price.
My concerns evaporated when I had the good fortune to use TRZ Plumbing. They returned my calls promptly. They put a priority on taking care of a messy situation with a clogged toilet drain. The whole thing was handled wirh fast, efficient and friendly service. I was updated as the job progressed. It doesn't get any better.
Thanks TRZ for your professional and reasonably priced service. You went above and beyond and it's much appreciated. I will not hesitate to use your services again in the future.

Our old water heater leaked al over our garage, needed a new one desperately! Called Tim at 2 PM, he said he could get it done that night! Arrived at 6.45 PM, he had new high quality water heater with him! He had it installed in 2 hours, real quality work! Also Renewed a few of my old fittings that were not up to code. His price was really fair for quality work!
Tim is also a real nice guy and I enjoyed chatting to him! Next time I have Plumbing needs Tim will be my go to guy!

Contacted Tim late Sunday night, he had my new hot water heater in by end of day Monday.
I gave Tim/TRZ Plumbing a five star review because he replied back right away, gave me a fair and reasonable estimate and once he arrived he was professional and experienced. I plan to use Tim/TRZ Plumbing for any additional issues at my house and look forward to seeing him again.
