Robin from Trust Rooter is professional, honest, punctual, and great at communicating. He replaced a water heater which was leaking and did a great job. He was very thorough and fixed the last plumbers job of not using the drain for the water heater. I highly recommend Robin! I will definitely call him again when needed. Thanks Robin!

I sent out a request looking for a plumber. Trusted rooters was one of the ones to answer my request stating that they had a service fee of $39 which would be waived if there was a repair made. Not a problem I booked online for an 8 to 10 appointment and received a confirmation email stating that they would be here. When I called the company and complained that no one was here yet and that I was not given an update on when someone would be here. The guy called the team and I just received a call from someone from that team. Stating they never received my booking request but yet I have the email stating they confirmed my appointment. Do not use this company. Now this guy George won't stop calling me. I had to block his number because he was harassing me.

Robin and his colleague came out and installed one of their garbage disposals and I provided a new sink and faucet. Job was quick and the end results looks great. Pricing was better than all other quotes and communication was also great. Highly recommend.

Good experience with Trust Rooter today. Robin came out within 2 hours of my requesting an appointment to investigate a sluggish sewer line. He scoped it with video and explained the potential for why I am having a problem- did not over sell any additional services but suggested I wait and see how things go with my current system. Appreciated his straightforward approach that didn't include any scare tactics to encourage me to sign up for more services I might not need.

I called Trust rooter for a leak in my bathroom shower. They scheduled a plumber to come out the following morning. The plumber, Raymond, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and a true professional. He called and came early and gave me a reasonable estimate for him to repair the issue. We scheduled the repair and it was handled. Raymond explained everything to me as he performed his work and it really helped me understand the issue causing the problem. I will always be using Trust Rooter and Raymond for my future plumbing needs.
