I can't say enough great things about my interactions with Trust Rooter! I needed a plumber to replace my hot water heater in our condo and I obtained quotes on Home Advisor and a lot of plumbers didn't even respond. So I used the Yelp app feature where you can obtain quotes from various vendors (including plumbers). Within a relatively short amount of time, Trust Rooter messaged me offering a same day in home estimate (complimentary). I called in to Trust Rooter as requested and spoke to Patricia. Patricia was so friendly and hospitable and had someone in my home in 2 hours for the estimate. Technician, John, showed up and was so friendly and gave his honest advise about the hot water heater, and also helped with a couple of other things we needed to have done in our condo. Their pricing was very affordable and beat most other plumbing company estimates (without even having to bargain with them first). I really appreciated their honestly, it's very hard to find this trait in Miami. So, we decided to hire Trust Rooter, and scheduled everything with Patricia and she handled all permitting, along with insurance details for our building and kept us updated along the way. On the servicing date, John showed up toward the start of his two hour window quoted and once again was very polite, courteous, and did a very thorough job. And all was as promised for pricing at the end as well. We've hired a few plumbers since we've lived in Miami and this by far is a standout experience and look forward to contacting Trust Rooter the next time we need a plumber. If you call, be sure to ask for technician John... he's outstanding and has 15 years of plumbing experience and is very knowledgable.

Let me begin by saying how optimistic I was about Trust Rooter. I had a service technician from Lindstrom come out and even recommended them when it was discovered that Lindstrom could not install my shower head (it is shaped like a shower tower, but does not attach to the main water valve. So essentially, it is just a shower head with an extended down rod--it is the exact same piece as the one already installed). I was given Robin's name directly! He, apparently, is the owner of this well run company. My Lindstrom tech advised me to call Robin as he had already called him to make him aware of my situation. I was assured he would come out that day or the next. With great joy (as I am pregnant, due in 6 weeks, and have been without my master shower since month 2 of my pregnancy), I instantly called and left a message with Robin. After two days of no response, I call again to just schedule anyone to come out--beggars can't be choosers. With no problem, we schedule someone for the next day! Imagine my joy when I see that the technician scheduled was Robin--the person that came so highly recommended. I share the issues I had been having and advise that """"at the end of the day, I just need the old one taken out and the exact replacement installed."""" I'm instantly met with negativity--""""I need to take down your nursery wall. I need to take out these tiles. This is an issue inside of you wall."""" He had not even turned the water on, how could he jump to these conclusions? I thought. Then he proceeds to show me what a shower handle looks like on his iPad a nd says that part is the issue. I then point to the handle in the shower that is on the adjacent wall--nowhere near the shower """"tower"""" itself--and tell him that is not the issue, the issue is the head. Please, turn on the water and see for yourself. He then agrees it may not be an issue behind the wall, but he needs to look at the new shower system to understand how the shower head is installed as he had """"never worked with this before."""" He then sees that it is a simple mount as any shower head would mount--but continued to tell me he couldn't do it because the tile may be messed up. Annoyed by all of the excuses he has had, I say """"I've been without my shower for months. I'm willing to take that chance. Just please attempt to replace this--you have not even looked at the tile, how can you tell me the tile is an issue? It's a replacement of what already had been installed. Just as the person installing it did not need to take out my tile, you should not have to either."""" I feel as though I was told to trust Trust Rooter and Robin and cannot. He did nothing but say it can't be done because of x, then y, then z. There was an excuse as to why it could not be done as soon as he walked through the door. He spent 5 minutes looking at it not even knowing how to turn the water on as he said he needs to go into walls. I feel as though he was looking for a reason to make this a bigger project than necessary and told him it was best that I find someone else..someone I can actually TRUST.

I had someone come in to repair my jammed garbage disposal. I told the technician that my cold water was turned off because it was leaking, which should have been besides the point. He unjammed my disposal for $200 but then turned back on the cold water and left. Of course it was leaking because that was not what was repaired. I had the guy come back because I don't expect to see a flooded kitchen after a plumber has been in for repairs. I could have turned it right off again but I was angry about it and it was a shock that he left it that way. He came back and fixed the leak but when I refused the additional $200 bill, the guy actually UNFIXED the leak and just turned off the cold water again. Overpriced and unethical. Go elsewhere.

Very overpriced work - I would look elsewhere. We have used them twice and were left feeling unsatisfied both times. They are nice guys so I wanted to give it a second shot but, unfortunately, same outcome. They came out the first time to fix a small leak from our toilet. He was able to fix it, but charged $150 for a small piece. They came out the second time for a water leak through our ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. They looked everywhere for the leak and could not find where it was coming from. They drilled a small hole and put a camera through it to try to find the leak, still no luck. They charged us $200 and the leak still remains. I will be looking elsewhere moving forward for any and all plumbing work.

Robin and his colleague came out and installed one of their garbage disposals and I provided a new sink and faucet. Job was quick and the end results looks great. Pricing was better than all other quotes and communication was also great. Highly recommend.

Best Plumbing Company in Miami/Broward hands down...there is no comparison! Knowledgeable, Honest and Punctual. We have used them for simple leak fixes to complex fixture installs and each and every time they arrived on time and got the job done for a fair and reasonable price.

The water heater in my condo was leaking and needed to be replaced ASAP. I honestly can not say enough about Manuel and Osvaldo. Not only did they quote the best price in the area, but they were very patient with all of the complicated paperwork and permits that my condo required. Manuel explained what he was doing and helped to fix other issues that came up along the way. Patricia in the office was a great help communicating the next steps and also going above and beyond to get the permit as soon as possible. I am very grateful for their help in a time of need and will definitely refer Trust Rooter to all of my friends and family.

Good experience with Trust Rooter today. Robin came out within 2 hours of my requesting an appointment to investigate a sluggish sewer line. He scoped it with video and explained the potential for why I am having a problem- did not over sell any additional services but suggested I wait and see how things go with my current system. Appreciated his straightforward approach that didn't include any scare tactics to encourage me to sign up for more services I might not need.
