12/14/22 As a first time caller, to Trust Rooter, I was very impressed with the courtesy extended to me by the nice woman taking calls. She was a breath of fresh air and she represents Trust Rooter in 5 star fashion. There was a problem with our new 3 day old water heater, and Lee arrived even before our 10:00 am appointment. He did a thorough diagnostic work up and corrected the issue. In addition, we needed a new 1/4 turn compression angle stop to replace our current one, behind our toilet. Lee was very personable and a hard worker. He explained everything and was only too happy to answer my questions. You can be very proud of him, as his customer service was outstanding. As a first time home owner new to the area it has been extremely hard to find professionals to work on our house. We've honestly tried 5 different plumbing companies and Trust Rooter is the first one we've ever called twice. Now we've used them 3 times, all for different unrelated issue, just an old house. And I'm so glad we have them and can trust that whatever issue we have they fix it quickly and it's always been a pleasure working with them. Even calling in to make an appointment is pleasant. We've had them fix a leak, unclog the laundry pipe, replace kitchen sink, replace a valve and fix a toilet. All repairs have worked great after and prices were reasonable. Hopefully we won't need them back for a long time but thankful to know they're available when needed.

I made it very clear when I called that I already knew there was a belly in the PVC pipes and have a copy of the video scope that was done during my home inspection. My reason for calling Trust Rooter was to determine WHERE the belly is (ie outside vs under the slab) and to get a quote on the repair. I repeated this all to the plumber when he arrived and asked him if he could locate the belly (home inspection company had said it was a 2 person job) and he told me he could. He scopes the pipes and tells me the belly isn't too bad and recommends hydrojetting the pipes first. I can appreciate him recommending a conservative approach and trying to save me $$$ of a major repair, but I SPECIFICALLY asked for a quote to repair/replace the PVC and to LOCATE the issue. I get an email later that day...for hydrojetting! No description of what he found or copy of the video scope, no mention of where the heck this belly is in relation to the house, and no quote for the repair that I actually need!!! So I basically paid $175 for nothing. I called Trust Rooter to voice my frustration and was told the plumber would reach back out to me. This was over 2 weeks ago and still no reply.

My water heater died today. Called my usual plumber to get a price, Yikes! Called some other plumbers for more quotes. Trust Rooter beat them all by 20%, using the same Rheen model! They came to my house today within the hour of my call and replaced the unit right away. Clean, punctual and professional. I have a new plumber now!

I am happy with the service for water heater replacement and new main water shutoff installation at my parents house in Ft. Lauderdale. However, the circuit breaker for the water heater started tripping every time we used the shower. My previous water heater was 3500 watts, the new water heater is 4500 watts. It is on a 20amp circuit. I contacted Trust Rooter and they came back to replace the heating elements with lower wattage. Now everything is working well and no more having to reset the circuit breaker after every shower.

Wow, Leo was phenomenal , service was incredible , truly. Here's the story: was in a pinch after hitting a water line with a nail by placing a mirror in bathroom, handy man put a replacement piece to fix the punctured pipe, something wasn't sitting right with me, so called a real plumber to handle the job, under hour later, Leo was there , explaining options, and solution. Re did what handy man did, And now I have peace of mind. Thanks to this company for coming out quick and Leo for being truly awesome
