Sam from True Value he is a gem! I really love the way he communicated with me and my family as to what was going on with our bathroom repairs. He is so easy to talk to and he gives you the truth on what needs to be done.

I had a few collapsing drain pipes from my tub and also from my toilet, Sam immediately took a video and even shared it with me so I can see for myself what had happened. His Manager Cody is also very nice he came by to check on a issue that was happening and he quickly resolved the issue and even gave me his direct number to call for anything else I needed. I also appreciate Sam for always being their on time when he scheduled me, he was never late!
