I needed help with a shower valve replacement. Chris was able to come out right away to identify what was causing the problem and provided reasonable quotes on the two scenarios that could repair it. Chris and another technician did a great job with repairing the shower valve and cleaned up after. We now have a working shower again! I'd definitely reach out to them again in the future.

It was two days before Thanksgiving and of COURSE my garbage disposal froze and started leaking, rendering the sink unusable! I called a couple of plumbers and Cody was the first person to get back to me. He took down the information and set up an appointment for the next day.

The next morning, Chris and Sam showed up. A quick look to assess the situation and they got to work. They were very friendly and gave me the total price up front. It was pretty reasonable considering it included a new unit and the labor of two people. Less than an hour and they were done! New disposal and all the pipes checked out.

I had a great experience with this company and wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing issues.

Chris and Sam were phenomenal. Very friendly and professional. Fixed our clogged sink quickly. Very knowledgeable and explained what the issues were and possible solutions. They were up front with the pricing as well so no surprises there.

I also had some minor plumbing questions in our house and Chris was friendly enough to provide me with some recommendations and solutions.

We had an encounter with True Value because of our stiff, almost unusable faucet handles. First off, after sending a request, they gave me a quick reply on a weekend and sent somebody to assess the issue that very Monday. Christian was prompt and arrived within 15 minutes of the agreed-upon 2-hr window. Right off the bat, he was considerate and did not have to be asked to put on shoe covers. This was a big one as we need to keep our floors clean for the little ones. He was explaining things clearly while assessing our faucet issue and was transparent with their pricing (he had an iPad with all of their current service pricing which he showed us) and what to expect moving forward. What I appreciate the most is how he did not try to upsell us in any way. In fact, he just made sure that we did not have any leakage from the sink. When satisfied, he made his final recommendations to apply WD-40 and observe if the hardware will really need replacing, and even told us how we can save money. He advised to call the manufacturer of our faucet hardware as he was sure that we should still be under warranty. True enough, we are, and the parts are now on our way for free. If we do need to get the parts reinstalled or any further plumbing issues, we will definitely call them!

I have an underground water leak. I called True Value last night. This morning Chris came and gave a reasonable quote. As the work progressed, the job turned out to be more complicated than he initially anticipated. Chris was very diligent and worked out a very nice solution without asking for additional charge. The job was completed very nicely and I really appreciate his work.

True Value Plumbing.. these guys are awesome! We had a leaking water heater and they came to our rescue and responded asap. They did an amazing job replacing our water heater. They were quick and efficient and it is evident they are very good at what they do and have been doing this for a very long time. But most of all.. their customer service is top notch. They are super friendly and you can tell they are all good people. It was a pleasure having them over to our house.

Scheduling an appointment was super easy over the phone. I had accidentally flushed a toilet wand head down my toilet and True Value had two great techs come out on the day and time that worked best for my schedule.
The techs were professional and really cool to talk to. They assessed the issue and quoted me a reasonable price.
My plumbing issue was fixed within minutes and they even helped me with adjusting the tank to save me from high water bills.
I highly recommend True Value. They're reliable and super easy to work with!
