I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Christian G looked at our water heater, which was continually running water and leaking from the pressure release valve. He thoroughly explained the function of the valve, what was wrong with it, the costs/benefits of trying to save a 30(!) year-old water heater, and let me make an informed decision among several options that he presented. Very very happy with True Value and I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I highly recommend True Value Plumbing, we had to replace our water heater and needed a new one ASAP and they were able to schedule us next day. Christian showed up and immediately started replacing our water heater. He was super nice and explained what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way I can understand.
