Amazing service and value. Aaron clearly knows his craft well and is friendly and communicative. Better still, after correctly diagnosing my issue with an old water softener he recommended actual repairs and minor part swaps rather than trying to sell me on a whole new system, saving the environment and saving me some serious cash! He was thorough with an inspection afterwards to verify everything was working correctly. I'll definitely be calling back with any future plumbing issues.

More update. We've asked a professional foundation repair company to inspect and evaluate the damage. The scope of water filter drain line leak for 2 years was huge. We'll have to do a crawling space encapsulation and the estimated cost will be well above $40,000!

Let me start by saying how happy of a customer I am. I contacted Aaron and needed some plumbing work done in my kitchen. I was unable to use my sink, and other companies' appts were too far out. I needed my sink working. After speaking and explaining the problems to Aaron, he not only showed up on a Sunday, but He was on time and even texted me when he was 15 min away to give me a heads up. He also had all the parts in his truck that were needed for the repair and was very clean and even took any garbage. He was a very friendly and nice guy, just trying to run an honest business with great prices. I give 5 stars !!!! Thank you, Aaron, from a very happy customer !!

Got a water softener installed by True-Tech. Great guys Aaron and Steve. System is great, only put in 2 bags of salt in a year. Pricing seemed reasonable and the install was straight forward, they have also been very helpful whenever I've had questions regarding the system. Would recommend!
