My drinking water faucet started to leak and I called them to get it repaired.

They were able to come in few days which was good for me. They technician arrived on time and was very polite. He assessed the issue and worked to resolved it right away. He spent reasonable time and handed it over when it all looked clean and finished. The new faucet looks beautiful. He left everything clean.

They offered to replace the faucet for free if I take the filters replacement. I went with that as the filters needed replacement anyway. They didn't charge for extra labor, but did charge small price for the faucet part. Was not an issue for me as it seemed fair.

They accepted cash/check and credit card, but I had to call their office for CC transaction. The technician didn't have a way to take the payment.

Steve and Aaron were wonderful to work with! We reached out to Steve after reading the positive reviews on Yelp and couldn't be happier. Steve was super responsive and came out to our house within just a few days of our initial contact and gave us a very helpful and thorough overview of the water softener and filter. Aaron, who installs the water softeners, was professional, always on time, and super friendly. He came out a few weeks after the installation to test our water and make sure everything was working correctly.

Overall, we're very happy with the water softener itself and Steve and Aaron made the purchasing/installation process clear, quick, easy, and overall very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Steve and True-Tech water did a phenomenal job for me. I had done my due diligence and got quotes from multiple companies before I settled on True-Tech. Their quote was the most expensive one, but a detailed comparison of the product and reviews convinced me to go with True-Tech. Steve gave me a quote and did not try to over or undersell his product.
The installation had a couple of issues, which Steve and his team took care of without any changes to the contract. I had asked for copper pipes and not plastic ones. Some of the other companies gave me no options and only plastic. As per Steve, this was one of the most difficult plumbing work his team had undertaken.
This is where True-Tech and Steve stand apart from any competition. After two weeks Steve came back to my house and checked all the faucets for hard water. He found out that one line still had hard water and had Aron come in the next day and fix the piping. Then he came in again after two weeks and tested the water again. I really appreciate his dedication to excellent service. Thank you, Steve.

We were in dire need of something done to treat our municipal (hard) water issues, as it was ruining our new appliances and plumbing and it tasted HORRIBLE. Our plumber recommended Steve and True-Tech. Within moments, Steve responded to my call for help. He walked through the options and had us up and running in short order. His techs were fabulous, diligent and attentive to detail. Our appliances are back to running like new and the water is back to tasting normal. Worth every penny! I ditto all the other reviews. I found Steve and True-Tech water trough the signs in their cars, called them and could not be happier I did.

Over the last year we went through a long renovation process in our house and had to deal with lots of contractors/service providers. In the middle of all this real state craziness in the Bay Area if one has needed help like we did, they will understand why I started my review in this fashion. The point is, out of all the dozens of people we worked with, True-Tech was by far the best. They will come when they say they do, follow-up on all the details, be very transparent throughout the whole process and last but not least follow-up after the sale/installation. They came twice after the job was done (separated by a few weeks each visit) to test the water.

Not only we are very happy with the water softener, the product works like a charm but they went above and beyond to help us before the actual installation happened. I was delaying the job due to a plumber recommending us to replace an inlet water filter (which would have expensive), True-tech water guys came and showed us the softener already has a built-in filter more powerful than what I was about to get (saved us money) and did all the plumbing required for the installation including the bypass lines for the sprinklers.

By the way, I did a lot of homework on water softeners before we bought ours and their price was very competitive for the high end type of products. One can certainly find cheaper solutions but I have found out the hard way it's not worth saving a little bit, specially when it comes to your house...

After years of complaining about the hard water here I took it upon myself to do something about it. After a ton of research and reviews and a few estimates, I settled on working with Steve from True-Tech Water. He was extremely reliable and his reputation on both Yelp and Nextdoor were big selling points. Aaron, his installer was also a pleasure to work with and did a great job on the install.

It's only been a few days, but so far so good. I can feel, see and taste the difference in our water.
