Mike and Kyle are great. Their work was top notch and charged very reasonable fees. They are professional and courteous, always picking up the phone when I called to answer questions. We are so happy with them that I called to get the names of people they know who can do various repairs. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Spoke to Michael the owner over the phone, very nice and helpful. He Booked me within a few hours for a tech to come out to replace my garbage disposal. I was not home, but my wife was when Kyle came to look at the problem. Kyle solve a simple problem within 10 seconds, and did NOT charge us. I was not home to determine the problem only to say replace it to True Plumbing, when in fact my wife had unplug the garbage disposal and replug it into a different outlet which makes the disposal run without the switch being turned on.
The fact is most tech would of replaced it anyway and we would be out of pocket a few hundred dollars for nothing. But Kyle chose to be honest. He proved me wrong, that there are honest techs out there, but only a few, my wife and I was lucky to run into True Plumbing, Michael and Kyle today.

Michael and Kyle, if you read this, please don't change, stay ""TRUE"" as your company name exemplifies you and your employees character and integrity.

We will definitely refer you to our friends and families and definitely use you again.

True Plumbing was fantastic!

I had a simple job that needed done, connecting my new natural gas grill to the gas pipe on my patio - basically, just installing a shutoff valve and fitting for the hose. One company didn't handle such small jobs. One company quoted me $350 for an admittedly ""small job"". One company wouldn't even give me an estimate over the phone. But Michael quoted me one-third of the other guy, including all the parts!

Not only was he very reasonable, he was also extremely personable. Job was done quickly and efficiently, no problems whatsoever. I will definitely be recommending Michael & True Plumbing to my friends, and will call them again the next time I need a plumber! If you need a quality, friendly, and reasonable plumber then I encourage you to give them a call.

True Plumbing is great, I'm so happy I found a good plumber that offers competitive pricing. Apart from being a great plumber, Mike is a really nice and honest guy. A few months ago he repiped our house and we were able to save $600 because Mike figured out a way to avoid us needing a hot water circulating pump. Just today I had him over to a new apartment we recently purchased and while going through a quote with me he made some suggestions that are going to save us a lot of money. I couldn't be happier with my dealings with True Plumbing and would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

We have used Mike and his team 3 times now and they have always been on time, upfront and pricing is competitive. We have had a new pressure regulator installed, hot water pump installed, new faucet and vanity sink installed, new plumbing and box installed for washer and dryer, RO system installed; and numerous other smaller jobs performed flawlessly without leaving a mess. I emailed a few other companies and they either didn't get back or responded a week later. Mikes wife responded to me right away with a quote. I can always get ahold of someone with their company. Outstanding customer service and response time. Would highly recommend.

I had an 8 o'clock appointment for a simple estimate
by 930 am there was no call and he did not show
However they did reach out to me within 30 minutes of making a yelp posting
Make sure that the person who takes the information has the correct house number and phone number . I can say they did make amends however I had already contacted another plumber and cannot comment on them professionally as plumbers . I would contact them again however

Not only did we get same day service when we moved into our new home only to find out that Sears would not hook up our new gas dryer because of a missing part, but they installed my washer and dryer when they came. And it was an amazing price.
