Water heater blew on Thursday, I emailed Friday morning and got a response email at 7:30 am. By 3 PM I had an American made water heater installed at a very reasonable price. They don't use cheap Home Depot or Sears brands or have tattooed gang bangers install the equipment. A company that ""gets it"". Very professional.

True Plumbing provides expert, prompt, courteous, and economical plumbing services. We experienced a cracked cast iron drain and clean out. The Big Boys, Anderson Plumbing, said our slab had to be jackhammered to fix the clean out which was a lot of BS. Michael and his crew came out on our schedule and made all the necessary repairs without touching the slab. They stand behind their service and returned to fix a minor problem that had gone undetected.

I recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservations.

Michael and his colleague Dave are great! Monday morning, I contacted Michael at True Plumbing. I had a leaky toilet and needed help fast. Michael worked with me and sent Dave out that day.

I was really impressed with Dave's professionalism, and he took the time to listen and has a nice demeanor. I had several things replaced including: toilet flaps , toilet water valves, a tub faucet, and bib hose (outside water faucet) replaced.

Thankfully before the leaky toilet, I had gotten a few plumbing quotes. True plumbing has competitive pricing. I highly recommend them for fast and competitive service!

This is our 2nd time to use Michael. I know 85 reviews are all 5 stars because he truly deserves it! We had a water heater that was 12 years old and when I contacted Michael, he not only replied quickly but also provided me with a quote and explained what has changed in the price. When he and his partner were here to install the new one, they were on time and quick! They also went beyond that they resealed one bathroom's sinks when I asked for a favor. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a trustworthy and great plumber!!!

FANTASTIC!!!!!! I don't know what else to say about True plumbing. Michael the owner was super patient and quick to respond to me about the issue I was having with my kitchen sink. The repair man they sent was super helpful and knowledgeable. We will certainly be calling True in the future for anything else we need done. Bravo True Plumbing Bravo!

I had the unfortunate event of a water heater leak, however fortunately, I came to yelp and found True Plumbing. I requested a quote over yelp (new feature) in the middle of the night from several companies when I realized I do not know anything about water heaters, and hoping to find an honest plumber with great service. Mike (the owner) called me first thing in the morning. We discussed what was happening and it indeed needed replaced, which I figured it would. We spoke about the options and he answered all my questions no matter how stupid they may have seemed. I chose to go for the ultra low Nox for energy efficiency which is a bit pricier than a traditional water heater. Note the low NOx are mandatory July 1 in CA, I could have opted for the older less efficient but didn't. He quoted me a fair price, and it included bringing it up to code. I asked him when he was available he had a small window of opening that day and the next. I called back shortly after discussing with my husband about the options. He made no sales pressures at all which was refreshing! I really appreciated him offering up knowledge about something I knew nothing about. We chose to go for it that day. We are very glad we did. He was professional, and shows up when he says with a courtesy call when on his way.


Service was great! Fair competitive price, and brought the water heater up to code with ease! Also I asked about a military discount which is always appreciated and Mike kindly did.
