I only have positive things to say about True Plumbing. Michael answered all my initial questions about replacing water lines due to a slab leak, and about the Halo5 water system. He laid out all of my options. He brainstormed with me the best way to save money and upgrade our plumbing. He arrived on time. He cleaned up after himself. He stayed true to his pricing. He followed up to make sure we were happy with the work. His wife (the office manager) worked with me on obtaining permits. Overall, these are super-nice people. I will definitely call them the next time we need a plumber.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable! Michael initially solved my problem by a simple recommendation, 5 mins at my door and no charge for the visit. His honesty with regards to a ""true"" solution was admirable. I did ask him to replace two toilets (not initially planned) and he was able to take care of it later that day, haul away the debris and clean everything up in about 2 hours. True Plumbing will be my go-to plumber in the future.

Super nice guy, very professional. He gave me a 2 hr window for the appointment, and called when he was 15 mins out. He showed up right in the middle of the window (most of the time they call 15mins after the window to say they're running late)
Very reasonable on the pricing too. He wasn't sure he could fix my slow running drains but wouldn't charge me if he couldn't. Luckily the stoppage wasn't too far into the line and he was able to fix the problem!
He also remembered to look into hooking up the icemaker for the fridge before he left and gave me an estimate for that. This is an old house and has special needs.
Never ever flush cotton products in an old house! This means baby wipes and feminine hygiene products

He was a total professional, he was honest (told us we could do some of the things ourselves) and when we had an issue (unrelated to his work), he came back a few times and made sure everything was perfect.

Michael is a true professional. We had him install a new dishwasher, which due to some half-cocked work by the previous owners of our house, turned out to be a tougher task than it seemed. I had a big problem with a Rheem tankless water heater. - no hot water. After calling around the county to several plumbers, it quickly became obvious that this was not going to be an easy fix. Nobody works on them. One very large plumber that I hear all the time on the radio flaked on me when they realized it was a Rheem. Another plumber said he could not work on a Rheem but sent a plumber who turned out to be unlicensed. At the time, I thought he knew what he was doing because he walked the walk and talked the talk...or so I thought. He eventually gave up and told me to find another plumber.

And so I finally found Michael at True Plumbing. After just a couple minutes with Michael, it became obvious that none of the previous plumbers I talked to had half the skills. It's clearly in his DNA.

True Plumbing demonstrated their integrity on this job too. He could have easily walked in and told me he needed to replace the heater and that would have been that. I was at my wits end. He knew it, I knew it. Instead of taking advantage of an easy sale, Michael persisted with the troubleshooting working thru the nightmare Home Depot sells called ""Rheem"". Michael made two different trips (due to time required for parts to arrive from Rheem) before I finally told him to just change it. Not that he could not have fixed it - I'm certain he could have - positive. It's just Rheem takes two days to send you parts and when your family is out of hot water those two days can turn into a very long time very quickly. In our case, over a week.

Today - Saturday - Michael made a special trip to my home and installed the new water heater. And it works perfectly. It was not until after he left that I realized he didn't even charge me for the two trips spent trying to fix it. I would have gladly paid it - he definitely earned it.

And so if I can save anyone any time with this review, here is how:

1) Do not by a Rheem tankless water heater - ever. Period.
2) If you already have a broken tankless (including Rheem), call True Plumbing
3) If you want to install a new water heater, call True Plumbing
4) For any plumbing issues, don't waste your valuable time. Call Michael @ True Plumbing. (I'm going to have him install a water softener next.)
5) And if 1-4 fail you, call Michael at True Plumbing.

Really - I would give him more stars if I could. Save your time and headache. Call True Plumbing.

PS: I realize after reading this, it sounds like a paid advertisement. It is not. I went thru 10 days of no hot water with a very pregnant wife and a 2 year old kid. True Plumbing solved the problem that other plumbers couldn't. It's that simple. Anyone can call me to verify this reference. 619 225 7882 x5200

Michael is truly deserving of the 5 star review. He is honest, fair in pricing, on time and does clean work! I called 6 local plumbers from yelp for pricing on replacing a water pressure regulator. The prices ranged dramatically and my calls ended with True Plumbing who had the best price. I ended up hiring Michael for 3 separate jobs (3 different houses over a span of 3 days) and he did great work each time. Two water pressure regulators, replacement of leaky laundry valves and corroded sink shut off valves. As a busy Realtor I needed a great plumber and I've found my go-to! Thanks Michael, I'm a very happy customer.
