So far great. Our project has different stages, so I'll review them separately as we complete each one. Repair and mold remediation is Done. No complaints here. Chad and Danny, these guys are God sent! They are amazing and go above and beyond. Thank you!! I am happy we got y'all. Oh, also Paul and Michael. They all listen and clarify all and any concerns for us. I will update as other stages take place and get completed. But I DO RECOMMEND THEM!

This is the second time I have had an emergent need for repairs. Both times I have had consistent, quality, friendly, economically feasible service from True Builders and True Plumbers. I actually had True Roofers come and do my roof inbetween the other repairs. I can't say enough about their communication, not only with me, but with each division internally. Absolutely would recommend them! Aaron Bradley is an excellent example of someone being """"service oriented"""". Thank you all! I appreciate you.

Love these guys and their professional repairs! Everytime we call for plumbing services (water damage restoration) they are prompt and get our repairs done quick. They have always been courteous and their work is superb! I would recommend them for any plumbing jobs or water leak restoration.

The worst service, rude, expensive, didn't finish the job. Yes they are available 24 hours but when they service they open a service ticket for every single detail. They fix and don't finish. Repaired a leak but didn't put back the faucet. $500+ for 3 hours. No thank you. Calling someone else to finish their job.

Although I love how fast they responded and the plumber that showed up seemed professional, the price I was charged was horrible. I was told there would be a $50 fee for the plumber to show up and run a camera through the lines (my plumbing was backed up). After this they would determine what the problem was and what steps would be needed and that if I gave the ok for them to work on it they would waive the $50 fee. The plumber got here and asked what was going on so I explained what happened and what steps I had already taken. He said ok and that it sounded like my septic tank was full. He then said he could open and inspect the tank to see what was going on but that it was going to be $189. I was hesitant, but figured a tank inspection couldn't hurt. A) he never once ran the camera down the line and B) his """"inspection"""" was to drill a hole in the top of the cement cover and say """"Yep, see, there's solids at the top. You need to have it pumped"""" He also told me I would save money with the pumping people because he found/uncovered the tank for me, yet when I started calling around I couldn't find ONE company that charges for finding/uncovering the tank. I even had one woman tell me that it's been a long time since they've charged for that. I wish I would have just trusted my gut and told him no, to run the camera down the line, see the condition of the main drain pipe and if the tank was full and then had it pumped. Chalk it up to a life lesson I guess.

I can't even put into words what a blessing it was to work with all your guys, everyone we have had the pleasure to meet throughout this process has been so very nice and professional, Great customer service. The craft and talent each shared with pride in what they do made this older home a more safe, comfortable and up to date home that we will be happy to call our forever home. UNPROFESSIONAL after they are paid in full. Do not let this company start a project and not finish and reschedule and pay them in full at the same time. You won't hear from them until you track them down a month later. They show up an hour late or not at all. New paying customers is there only concern. Go with any other company and save yourself the hassle!
