This is the second time I have had an emergent need for repairs. Both times I have had consistent, quality, friendly, economically feasible service from True Builders and True Plumbers. I actually had True Roofers come and do my roof inbetween the other repairs. I can't say enough about their communication, not only with me, but with each division internally. Absolutely would recommend them! Aaron Bradley is an excellent example of someone being """"service oriented"""". Thank you all! I appreciate you.

My elevated deck needed to be torn down and rebuilt. True Builders subcontracted the job to Pro Builders AMG LLC who were under the guidance of Project Mgr Mike with True Builders. The workmanship on the deck is the worse I've ever seen of any contractors and the flaws are noticed by everyone who visits me. The deck & my new doors failed inspection many times. They buried concrete in my front yard, which they denied, and I had a difficult time getting the concrete removed along with the form boards from around the concrete poured around the supports. They burned up my garage door motor & they put screws through my doorbell wiring & caused a fire hazard. I had to pay someone to disable & remove the live wires. My stair railing is not straight, many split boards due to putting screws in the wood incorrectly. The project mgr was disrespectful to me & my neighbor. The owner apologized for him but I've yet to get an apology from him directly. Everyday I'm reminded of the unprofessional job they did when I go out on my deck and I relive the months of dealing with their staff who did not want to be bothered with talking to me. I had to get family members involved as I felt dismissed when I asked questions. I only wanted the job done right. This company failed in so many areas I will never use them again.

There were great putting in my water heater, very fast an reliable. They said they would be done in 2 hours but was done in an hour and a half. I rely on true for all my home needs.

So far great. Our project has different stages, so I'll review them separately as we complete each one. Repair and mold remediation is Done. No complaints here. Chad and Danny, these guys are God sent! They are amazing and go above and beyond. Thank you!! I am happy we got y'all. Oh, also Paul and Michael. They all listen and clarify all and any concerns for us. I will update as other stages take place and get completed. But I DO RECOMMEND THEM!

UNPROFESSIONAL after they are paid in full. Do not let this company start a project and not finish and reschedule and pay them in full at the same time. You won't hear from them until you track them down a month later. They show up an hour late or not at all. New paying customers is there only concern. Go with any other company and save yourself the hassle!

These people are crooks! It's all shiny and bright until you look under the surface. No one keeps their story straight. We have a 1900 sq ft house ( for perspective), Our master shower had a leaky shower pan, they wanted over $13,000 total to repair master shower. They were looking to rob our insurance company for things we didn't even ask for or want on top of wanting over $3000 from us. Never got the same story twice, no one ever took accountability for mistakes. They even had the audacity to blame my husband and I for lack of communication !!! Even if that were true, would you say that to a paying client?? I wouldn't. 3 months after we started communication, we still had no progress in our bathroom. Needless to stay, we severed our relationship with them, hired a much more reliable and honest company. Do yourself a favor and keep away from these guys!

Awesome company! They have done water restoration at our house twice in the last 2 years. Professional, kind, and does amazing work.
