I took time off work so they could come out during regular business hours and give us a quote for completely re-plumbing a building my wife and I are rehabbing. They came out and looked over the job and we discussed options. Afterwards, their rep (Jason I believe) said he would have us a quote in about 48 hours. After a couple of weeks and no quote, I called the company and inquired. The person on the phone apologized and said a quote would be forthcoming. It's been three weeks, and we still haven't seen anything. Trojan Plumbing wasted our time and cost us money by delaying our project.

Had a great experience with this company! Was quoted an outrageous estimate by another company for a new primary and secondary sump pump. Called Trojan Plumbing for a 2nd opinion. They gave me a quote which was much less over the phone, I booked an appointment, they sent Jason out out, he did a great job, explained the new system he put in and cleaned up after himself. Explained the warranty and asked if I had any other questions before they left! Price came in exactly as quoted. Thank you so much, very happy, was an amazing experience! Will definitely use this company again!

Great company! I had a leak behind the wall coming from the kitchen sink drain. I had a plumber come out and quote me $1,900 for 8 hours of work, which is insane. I called Trojan Plumbing. Michelle is very friendly and helpful and Jason came out that day to give me a feee estimate. He came back the next day to do the work. It cost $375. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and dependable. I have found my lifelong plumber finally!

Jason just finished up his third job at my new house! He is very punctual and does a thorough job. He has done different things around the house; he fixed a broken sewer line in the crawlspace, replaced plumbing under my sink and has even installed my garbage disposal. You can't beat the price and the friendly customer service. I am very happy with the service I have received from Trojan plumbing so far.
I plan on using them again when needed.
