David with Triton is an amazing specialist! They came in less than an hour after the call. So professional! We kept having repeating kitchen pipe blockage problems and he was able to explain why it was happening, he even went under the house to see tube connections to understand how everything works to explain it to us. The previous time we had the same problem the person just pushed it further by the pipe, so the next day we had the same problem in a different place, but David made sure that it was all done correctly and professionally. Also, he gives the price upfront. He and his assistant did an amazing work.

Had a slow draining shower and last-minute added a slow draining sink to the house call. Mark was the most responsive out of all the services I messaged on Yelp and and priced reasonably. They covered their shoes before entering and cleaned up nicely once they were done. He didn't charge me for the last-min request I had for my sink drain.

After Mark cleared twin clogged drains, in response to my questions about some other more serious plumbing issues, Mark responded with on point advice backed by his deep experience. He gave rough estimates, but nothing like a hard sell.

Mark fixed my kitchen sink back flow issue fast and sound at a fair and reasonable price. While Mark is using a drain snake to unclog the pipe, his partner were outside checking the sewer to ensure no more debris coming out. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the cause of the issue and suggested simply DIY maintenance. I'm glad I found him that I can trust to do quality work. Highly recommended!

One of our vanity sinks sprung a sudden leak so I had to find a plumber rather urgently. At the same time, I had been meaning to tweak three other toilets so I added that into a project request.

Mark was the first to reply. He is both the owner and the technician (with an assistant) so naturally if he's on a job, he typically won't be able to reply, despite that fact, he's pretty responsive. It's also nice to know that you'll get who you talk to and who you negotiate with so there definitely isn't any lapse in communications.

He fit me in within a day and diagnosed the issue within a few seconds! He's very transparent, provided options and worked very quickly. This all happened during the heavy rains - yet he still made sure he wasn't bringing in any mud from a previous job and brought booties to cover their shoes.

I definitely will call Mark at Triton Plumbing for future needs - including water heater replacement and/or kitchen sink disposals. Although he has commercial experience, his business is largely residential so if your needs are in the home, this will be a good fit.

Fantastic experience! Mark was very responsive, got back to me quickly and scheduled a same-day appointment to fix my busted main pipe. He was the only plumber that brought up possibly needing to dig around the pipe to align it to help prevent the same issue from cropping up again (turns out not needed) and helped replace the old valve as well. His price was very reasonable and his explanations showed the years of experience he had. He made sure the repair was working before accepting payment (accepts Zelle). I'm glad I found a new plumber that I can trust to do quality work with experience to back it up and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
