I had my water heater replaced by Mark and his crew recently. They arrived on time, completed the job in two hours (as originally estimated), charged what they quoted (and gave discount for the extra work of water main valve replacement, which I asked them to do time permitting), answered all my questions and cleaned up at the end. I had a very positive experience and will certainly reach out to Triton next time I have a plumbing project.

I had a 2nd floor clogged toilet that leaked and I woke up one morning to discover the water had leaked through to the first floor. I called a couple of plumbers but it was early so had to leave a message. Triton Plumbing called me back within a few minutes and said their plumber was out on a job but would try to get to my place in the afternoon. 10 minutes later she called me back to say he finished up the other job sooner than expected and could come within an hour.

Mark was a godsend: showed up in the timeframe promised, unclogged it in record time, discovered why the toilet was leaking and fixed it in half an hour (had to rebuild the mechanism). Rate was pretty reasonable, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell. I appreciated the prompt and great service.

I have to stop trying to be so healthy........

I often eat egg whites for breakfast. Usually about 5 or 6. Low in calories, full of awesome protein. Can't beat that! Especially when I pan fry it in a little bit of olive oil and makes it have a little bit of crunch, which I love when it comes to egg whites. The only problem with eating too much protein and not working out all the time is that I have a tendency to get constipated. I'm sure you know where this is going. Constipation..... review for a plumber........

Well, welcome to a little misdirection! Actually, what I meant to say was with all those egg whites, the yolks have to go somewhere. I usually just threw them down the drain. I know, bad Jamie! Well, unfortunately, I think all those egg yolks probably somehow contributed to a backed up kitchen sink. Thankfully, Triton Plumbing was able to come to the rescue the next day.

The whole experience was painless. With Yelp, I was able to request quotes with 4 different companies. This was sent at midnight and Triton replied first at about 7 in the morning. Two other ones replied later in the afternoon and one of them replied 2 days later! Also to note, is that Triton was the cheapest. With such a short notice, he wasn't able to come that morning, but was available that afternoon. Unfortunately, I had to go into work, so he came early the next morning. He was there promptly at 9am.

I'm not a plumbing expert, but I do know that the issue would probably be resolved with a quick ""snaking"" of the pipe. He walked me thru what he was going to do and even while he was doing it. He knew that it hadn't been snaked in awhile and judging by the movements of the snake and all the black water that was coming out, then I could easily agree. He was done in about 15 mins or so. He charged me $125, which was $25 cheaper than the rest. There is also a 30-day guarantee just in case it backs up again.

A great experience and I would not hesitate to call him again if I had a plumbing issue. Although, I hope I don't see him any time in the near future. I am still going to eat healthy and eat egg whites for breakfast. However, I'll dispose of the egg yolks a different way. Like making flan or custard! Mmmmmmm!!!! Healthy eating is awesome!!

I recently had Mark from Triton plumbing install an instant hot water heater in my kitchen and tighten a bathroom faucet. He returned my call promptly, showed up on time, was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Who could ask for anything more?!

I would highly recommend calling these guys for any plumbing project you have! Mark was easy to work with and came out to the site in a timely manner to give me an estimate. I needed the work to be done quickly, and he was able to accommodate by doing the work even after business hours. He and his professional crew were able to complete the job for the price originally quoted. I will definitely use Triton Plumbing again!

I've called Mark out twice to our rental house and he's been fantastic both times. Quick, professional and he could have said things were more complicated than they were - I wouldn't have known the difference - but he didn't. Both times turned out to be quick fixes that took him less than 30mins. He charges a minimum of 1hr which is fair for his time coming out. I'll definitely be relying on Triton for any future plumbing issues.
