Mark responded quickly and was flexible with our scheduling since we needed him to come in after our new counter top installation. He did the installation/hookup for a new sink and disposal in the kitchen and a new sink in the bathroom. Quality work for a great price.

There was a problem with the main water supply line at my parents' house. It happened late in the afternoon. Mark was the first plumber to respond (within less than 5 min) of the 5 plumbers I had contacted. He agreed to fit my parents in first thing next morning due to my parents' emergency situation.

Mark and Mike are courteous. They showed up on time the next morning, checked under the crawl space and all faucets (including faucets in the backyard), and quickly diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes after arrival. They cut off the corroded galvanized iron pipe used for front yard irrigation from the main water supply line, added another new faucet for the front yard and quickly restored water supply to my parents' entire house. They finished the job in less than 30 minutes.

Mark is honest and pleasant. The price that he charged is also very reasonable and affordable, even for the elderly. We shall definitely contact him again for future plumbing jobs.

His quote came in much lower than several other plumbing companies I called. I contacted Triton/Mark via Yelp for a quote to change out a toilet. His response was less than 24 hours; they were prompt, professional, and helpful.
Reasonable honest pricing. He gave me a choice for us to buy the toilet, or for Triton to purchase. I asked for a suggested brand and went with his suggestion. And I immediately scheduled a time.
We're given a 2 hour window of arrival, and was met with a courtesy call that he's on his way. And in less than 75 minutes; out with the old in with the new! FYI Mark hauled the old toilet away.
Clean and efficient! Great service and workmanship. Highly recommended!
Will be calling again for future projects and/or repairs!

I can say that I have found the plumber that I trust and does quality work. No more trial and error to find a reliable plumber.

Mark and his crew has been outstanding. Always on time, straight shooter and makes time for you whenever practical. Work quality is excellent and their prices are really competitive. Does not try to up-sell on things to do and provides right advice regarding where to find parts online and locally.

I have used Mark multiple times in the last couple of months. During one of the repairs, Mark educated me about a retrofit recirculating pump that can be used to have almost constant hot water at the faucets. And he installed it for me the next week.

Mark is very reasonable and practical and doesn't overdramatize or upsell. When the bathtub was leaking into our living room, I thought we'd have to cut open the drywall to find the leaky pipe. He came out and said we might just need to recaulk the bathtub. He left without charging us and said to call him if that didn't fix it. (It did).

He is skilled and has 40 years experience. He answers your calls right away, and comes to fix your problems right away. He spent a couple of hours here this morning replacing our broken water main valve. It could have gone badly (rush of water right into the garage until he got the building main off) or it could go well (no water rushing and no flood). He let us know, then did the job. The gods (ha) were on our side and it went just great.

I will call him every single time I need plumbing.

I am so glad I found these guys because they are the best!!
Very reasonable pricing, honest, friendly, and no hidden fees.
We had them come twice, once for our clogged toilet, second time for a leak in the faucet in the yard.
They solved the issue very quickly and gave us some advice as well!

My husband discovered a leak in our water heater at around 9pm on a Monday night. I did a quick search on yelp and sent out a few quote requests. Mark responded at 9:20pm. In fact, he was the ONLY one who responded. He came over the next morning and was very professional and knowledgeable. We had a new water heater and our hot water running before the end of the day. He even fixed a leak in one of our bathroom showers. I cannot recommend Mark enough. You will not be disappointed by choosing Triton Plumbing!
