Our home warranty company sent out Triple S plumbing to clear drain stoppages from our washer and the master bath sink. Eager, the plumber, who has been here for other repairs is awesome! He is professional and courteous. He cleared the washer drain (thankfully so I could do laundry on Sunday) but needed to order a p-trap for the master bath sink. Since our house was built in 1968, when he looked at the existing p-trap he said it would break when he used the snake, They ordered the part and he came back a few days later to replace it. It was fully clogged, so he cleared it and replaced the parts then cleaned/sanitized under the sink. It is working like a charm now! I am happy with this company.

Issac was able to come out within an hour of placing my call for Service. He arrived on time, was neat, clean and courteous and professional. He was able to figure out the problem quickly and resolve it. Although he was sent out to us through our home warranty service, I would definitely use Issac from Triple S plumbing again!

Buyer beware!!! My hot water heater went out and I called my home warranty. Triple S. Plumbing was sent out and tried to get me to pay an additional $850 in uncovered repairs due to ""code requirements."" After checking with another pluming company, I learned most of the charges were not required. Instead I cashed out my policy and went with a more honest plumber.

Gio came out on a Saturday and spent two hours cleaning out the main line from my house despite the fact that it was after work hours. When he arrived, the line was so backed up that sewage was coming up from my shower drain. He encouraged me to make sure that the line had been cleared by flushing the toilets many times before he left, and when the line wasn't completely clean he unpacked his equipment again and worked until it was. He left me with helpful suggestions on how to keep the problem from reoccurring.

Another American Home Shield call, this time for bigger problem--a plumbing leak inside a wall. As usual, I just pressed ""O"" when the AHS customer service robot tried to get me to use the automated scheduler so I could speak to a human and choose my own contractor. Based on our stellar experience in April, I requested Triple S again. When I called Triple S I requested that they send Geo again, who arrived within the scheduled time. But when he had studied the problem he said he wanted to reschedule with another technician, Vic, who he said was better qualified. The next day Vic arrived within the scheduled time. Studying the problem, he was pretty sure he knew where the leak was. The fastest way to get to it would have been to start tearing open the sheetrock wall. Instead, he worked with me to find an access point to a crawl space behind a built in drawer unit. The result: no need for rough in wall repair. Meaning no additional expense for refinishing a roughed-in wall (tape, texture, paint), either for AHS or me. Leak sealed. Job left obsessively clean. And all done in a friendly, professional manner. Would give six stars if I could.

I've used Triple S Plumbing twice in the last week since moving into a newly ""remodeled"" home.
They were quick, clean and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing needs. I've had Vick and Gio show up and each one of them provided quick and high quality service.
Update: Gio returned for another problem and his work is outstanding. He quickly located the problem (clogged drain), worked hard to clear it (previous owners), ensured that it was operating correctly, cleaned the areas of work and didn't waste a minute.
Service calls are scheduled quickly and I've never had to wait beyond the stated time of arrival.
I wouldn't hesitate to call SSS for any plumbing needs.

Called my home warrenty and they sent Enrique from Triple S Plumbing. Enrique was awesome. Very professional and respectful. .. he does fantastic work. I would definitely use them again if they sent Enrique.

Professional, quick in-quick out, and friendly. Enrique came in to change my garbage disposal. They were part of my homeinsurance warranty and came in, changed the disposal and left all within 10mins. I see there are bad reviews on other part of services but mine was pretty lean.
