We used this plumber from home warranty , he was awful do not use him he lies about the problem. He said the garbage disposal is working. Yet when I pressed it , it wasn't. He also over charges makes excuses and lies. He's not a honest man be careful - Anonymous

I was skeptical when my home warranty assigned these guys for a water heater issue I had (the home warranty folks normally tend to pick the not so good companies) but this was a pleasant surprise. Issac was awesome, very professional and knowledgeable and did a thorough job on our water heater replacement. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys and especially Issac. Don't get thrown off by the person who answers the call (he does sound a little dry, to the point but he was helpful too). Super happy with the service!

They are dishonest and just want to take advantage of your situation and rip your pocket off as much as they can. I wouldn't go to them if my home warranty didn't make me. They contacted me as the plumbing service that is assigned to replace my toilets (2 of them) through my home warranty. Since it was my warranty it would be free if I wanted the same crappy toilets so I asked them to replace them with elongated toilets to upgrade them a little bit and they said it would be $100 difference for each toilet and I have to pay that out of pocket. I asked them on the phone what is the toilet's brand (to check the price) but they said it doesn't have any specific brand! Well, it did and they showed up with Glacier Bay toilets which costs $99 on home depot website (even $89 for wholesale!)
The price of the whole thing is 99 but they said the difference between regular toilets and elongated toilet is 100 dollars! And they didn't let me know the brand in advance so I couldn't check the price. So disgusting!

No sane person would believe that you don't know what brand your supplier is sending you and also charging you 1.5x of Home Depot's price. What kind of business is that! Go find better excuses bro

We had a great experience with Gio. Called, showed up on time, fixed the problem with no hassle, wore mask the entire time. Super nice guy and will happily use them again.

Worst customer service ever!! I received a call Saturday morning to see if we could schedule Tuesday, (today) between 10-2. I agreed. At 2:30 my husband called Them to see what was going on. He was told there was no appointment scheduled for us. I found the call on my phone which lasted 34 seconds, and called them back, the guy who answers the phone asked me if I taped the conversation because if I didn't, it wouldn't mean anything. Instead of apologizing for their error, after basically calling me a liar, we were told the next available time they could come to help us was on Sunday. The guy was soooo rude! I asked to speak to his manager and he told me he is the manager. I asked to speak to the owner, he said the owner won't talk to customers.
We have used this company outside of our home warranty company a few times and their work is good. It's really sad that a so called manager can cause a company to lose customers. I am going to tell EVERYONE how rude he was and if are better off using a different plumbing company!

Vick provided excellent service. He diagnosed and fixed the problem as well as letting me know that there were some items that were not to code and how to deal with them myself (I'm very much a hands-on maintenance type). Personable, polite, prompt, knowledgeable service is rare and much appreciated. I'd ask my home warranty company to send them out again if needed, no question.

Issac was punctual and professional called to let us know he was on his was. He Came in with a mask and gloves and fixed 2 toilets and a sink. He was sure to tell us what needed fixed and why and he completed everything in no time. Would use him for all our plumbing issues.

I wish yelp had more stars to give. I am very pleased with my overall service! After carefully doing my research, i had narrowed it down to triple s plumbing. When i had called to make an appointment, the women over the phone was very helpful. I appreciated how concern she was with my plumbing issue and wanted to help resolve my toilet issue right away. Once we set up an appointment, they informed me the plumber would arrive from 8-10am. The plumber arrived as promised at 8am. He wore disposable shoe covers to avoid any dirt entering the house. I really appreciated that. He explained why i was having issues and how he was going to fix it. He was very professional and respectful. I was so happy my issue got fixed the same day. I no longer have to worry about my toilet not flushing. I am glad i picked the right company to help me out. I recommend giving them a try you won't regret it! I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you so much triple s plumbing! You guys are truly the best!

First American sent a technician from this company because my sink was not draining properly. The technician seemed confused like he never seen a clogged sink before. He excused himself for 15 minutes. When he came back, he said that that he can't drain the line because the drain can break in a different unit and did not offer any solution. This is ridiculous because by writing this on his invoice, the technician is implying that no drain line that's connected to another unit can be drained. This company and this technician is a joke.
