The worst!!!! Our water heater broke, Vick came out to diagnose the unit, he knew exactly what needed to be fixed and said he would call American Home Shield to get them to approve either a new part or a new water heater and he promised to call us back before 5:00. We waited all day, to only find out he called the insurance company and asked them to transfer the service to another contractor because he doesn't work on these types of water heaters - COULDN'T he tell us that when he was here?? poor communications makes me question why he just could be honest ??? Just horrible !!!

UPDATE: You claim that I do not know the facts, that you do know what the issue was, then tell us the diagnosis? You are picking the work you want to do and that is totally your choice, if Vick was uncomfortable he should have said so when he was leaving the job, not just leaving us without info and quitting without letting us know....All I want to know is what is wrong with our hot water heater? what was the diagnosis?? you still did not tell me even though your ""update"" says you know what is the issue....Vick told you what it was, why cant you tell me??

I had a Slab Leak and was directed to SSS Plumbing by my Home Warranty Company. I was contacted and an Appointment was set up for a Wednesday Morning appointment. The Technician Vick was on time and explained all the details. He performed a Leak Detection test and noted it was in the floor between a closet and under the Furnace unit. He noted water damage near the Washer/Dryer area just adjacent to the Furnace. He came back on time as he said on a Saturday and the Repair was done efficiently & the cleanup was excellent. I was given the old pipe for a token, lol. I am grateful to him and SSS Plumbing and will request them on any future plumbing issues. Thanks again Vick for such Professionalism and an Excellent job!

*After owner's response

I did not call several days later. Vic finished on Monday afternoon. I discovered it that night. I spent Tuesday trying to get through to my home warranty, but with COVID-19 I was unable to get a human on the phone after several calls to let them know what happened. I then called your company Wednesday morning.

I finally got througj to Old Republic and they apogized for what happened and said this was not right on your part.

Your response and responses to all other one-star reviews make it clear you don't care about customers. If you are so confident in your techs, you would have them take before and after pictures.

It's sad to see companies out there that aren't honest, and don't care about people...only making money.

Text stating you aren't liable for damages you incur clearly shows this. Instead, before and after pictures would negate that need and protect your employees.

But you are shady. It's evident from the way you respond to others on here. It takes so much energy to be dishonest, why not just be a company that actually cares about their customers?

Was referred to them from my home warranty to fix 3 running toilets. Guy came about an hour late, and when he arrived he only had enough for 2 toilets. I then said ""okay hold on let me call home warranty to clear this up"" he then told me no worries just call back to the Home Warranty on Monday and tell them they needed to finish the job. Did exactly that, called in they sent someone and then he says the guy told me incorrect information and that I should of called the Home Warranty first. So I told the tech, okay sounds like your employee was wrong - just do the right thing and fix the remainder toilet. Then he said what every lame, terrible company says ""sorry there's nothing I can do"". Since his managers weren't available on a weekend I wouldn't waste my time with a company like this.

Your employee at Triple S misquoted policy and you're trying to blame the home owners associate. Anyone reading this ever notice all of their 1 stars are referrals from the home warranty? No one is slandering your company other than you and your employees. I would stay away from a company run like this

To the manager; You can work with a company for a long time yet an employee can misquote policy. Showcases the lack of manager etiquette you have by ruling out any possibility your employee said exactly what they stated to me. Thank you for clearly defining and supporting my original message with your very unprofessional response! But don't worry, the home warranty apologized on your behalf. I hope anyone reading this understands even more so, why to not to work with your company. Have a great day as well, please educate your employees in the future.

Great service. Very informative. Highly recommend this business. Our shower and toilet mainline were backing up. We called our home warranty American Home Shield and requested a plumber. Shortly after we received a telephone call from them and they responded to our home within 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon during a holiday weekend. Enrique was great and went out of his way to provide excellent service, and inform us on how to prevent this from happening in the future. The problem was fixed in a few minutes. Great business.

Hands down an amazing plumbing company! Our home warranty company sent out Triple S when we discovered a pipe was leaking in our kitchen. Kyle immediately called us, literally minutes after we requested a service appointment and set one up for the next day. Unfortunately, due to the severity of our situation, our home warranty would not cover fixing the leak. We, however, after meeting their ""slab guy,"" Vick, felt so confident and comfortable with him, we went forward with Triple S and Vick to fix the issue. Apparently our slab has post-tension wires running through it, which Vick was able to determine immediately, this means we learned from Vick you can't just drill into the slab for a quick fix - you have to take up the flooring, you have to get an x-ray, etc. before he could even fix it. And then to fix the issue, Vick had to be so careful in his jack-hammering not to hit one of these wires. Vick and his team worked for 12 hours the first day being so careful and precise. They didn't go home until it was fixed. They came back a second day to do additional plumbing repair that was also needed. Least to say, it was a bad situation, but made better by a reputable and honest company. I was also in constant communication with Triple S's office regarding scheduling and contract issues, and they were so responsive and respectful. Triple S is our plumbing company for life! Thank you Triple S and Vick!!
