Better late than never !

I'm new to the east bay and was looking for a plumber to help with a property that I help manage. I was recommended by a neighbor who had recently used Triple A for major plumbing repairs.

Anyways the dispatcher that helped me (Giselle) was so friendly and knew exactly what I was talking about. I explained that we were inquiring about the hydro jetter service and I was quite taken back by the pricing 475 minimum.

However I was told the benefits of the jetting and assured it would be done professionally and on a timely manner, and I liked that there were no surprises I was told up front and not scammed into paying a large bill at the end.

The technicians arrived and got to work right away; they were on it ! Silvester was very helpful and cleaned up the area after doing his job, I thought that was extremely neat granted that most places usually charge extra for time to clean. There was a bit of a language barrier but the work definitely speaks for itself. They emailed me a copy of my receipt and had iPads so everything was so quick and techy which I thought was pretty cool.

I referred them to a friend in Hayward who was equally as impressed with the jetter service. We will definitely be calling for our regular Jett every 6 months. Although the prices are a little higher than I'm used to, you do get what you pay for.

The service was great top to bottom !

AMAZING SERVICE! I had an emergency with my sewage injection system and they came out right away (within 1/2 hour!) Paul was extremely professional and knew exactly what the issue was an resolved it right away. Paul even went the extra mile to explain to me what caused the issue so that I could avoid it in the future. They were honest and affordable. I am definitely going to use them again! It is great to have the peace of mind that there is a good plumber you can call when you need one! So happy I found them! Look no further. These guys are the best!

I had a leak under my mobile home, and I called Triple A. They arrived when they said they would and the technician was very professional. Martin crawled under my house (a job I would dread) and found the problem right away. He estimated 2 hours, and that is how long it took. I appreciate good service and was extremely pleased with the way things turned out. I highly recommend Triple A, and appreciate the great service from Martin.

We've called Triple A Plumbing for several jobs. They were great up until the last one. They came out to fix 2 dripping faucets. They replaced the faucets, but when I came home the cold water connection under the sink was leaking. Called them again and they came out the next day and fixed the leak at no charge. I came home and checked for leaks and the hot water connection under the sink was leaking. They came out the next day and replaced the connection under the sink. Since they had not originally replaced that part, they charged me for the part. They also charged for the labor as if it were a new service call.

I called customer service the next day to say that I didn't think I should be charged for a new service call, since they claimed to have checked for leaks on the first visit. If they had found the leak at that time and replaced the part, I would have been charged for the part but not the minimum labor charge for a service call. The person I talked to was very nice, said she understood how I felt, and someone would call me back. That was over a week ago and 4 calls and promises to call me back, and no one has ever called me back. I feel like their strategy is to not respond until I give up and stop calling. This has worked in the short term, but the next time I need a plumber I will call someone else.

Update: One day after posting this I got a call from Triple A Plumbing saying they are going to refund part of the second service call. I'm upgrading from 1 star to 4. The missing star is because it took them over a week to act on this and because of the missing calls. But they did finally respond.

I used this company for a HUGE,expensive job of roughing in a toilet, shower/tub, sink and washing machine. They were of the cheaper estimates I got but used them because I liked their people and they showed up ontime to give estimate, etc.
It is so hard to find good construction people in this white hot housing market.
They did a great job on the rough in.
Unfortunately, I also found that my main sewer line was collapsed. I guess when the home was built in the late 50s, the builder used a product that was basically tar wrapped cardboard!
It doubled my bill but they got the whole thing done in a few days.
With such a huge job, there is usually issues that come up. I was doing an entire home remodel and had issues with anything and everything that is usually involved with such a big, expensive project (I basically have a brand new home now).
What makes a good company great is how they handle problems.
Marco the owner is a great man and always would talk it out with me to bring a fair resolution.
We ended up using them to install a on demand -tankless water heater too. This saved so much space and us economy friendly.

I have used this company for many years, but they have steadily gone downhill. I will not use them any more. I had a problem with my toilet flushing only intermittently. The plumber (Ray) told me almost immediately that the problem was the outflow (P-trap), caused by corrosion, even though this toilet was less than 3 years old. He could not explain how a blockage in the outflow would cause intermittent flushing. Nonetheless, he insisted that the remedy was to rebuild the toilet. He bristled when I asked him to explain and looked like he was going to get angry, saying I had insulted him by suggesting that he made it up in order to jack up the price (which had not occurred to me, but did at that point). At my insistence, he took the toilet apart and ran his auger through. There was no blockage and no corrosion to be seen. Nonetheless, he had no other explanation and made no other effort to figure out the problem. As he was already going to charge me for the visit, when he suggested that he just change out the toilet for the same cost, I accepted. He gave me a toilet that was so weak, it does not flush stool at all. He did not give me the sales receipt, so we can't get a rebate. And he put it in crooked--either out of incompetence or pique, neither of which is good. Now we have tried three times to call the company to get the model number and/or sales receipt to get our rebate, and three times have been told that either the plumber or the owner would call us back, but no one has.
