I needed to get a plumber over to my mothers, which is a mobile home.
It's actually hard to get plumbers and electricians to mobile homes.
Because of her being a senior citizen I was able to get her a discount on her bill.

AAA Rapid Plumbing was able to make an appointment over the phone.
Despite a slight mishap with the plumber finding my mothers space (From where the mailbox is, the plumber went next door - After his leaving and my calling AAA Rapid, they sent out a new plumber right away).
The over all service and quality of work was excellent. I would definitely recommend them for service calls and quick repairs. Especially in an emergency or time contingency.

The plumber that showed up was polite friendly and honest.
I was given options with different price points. I found the plumber to be very earnest and upfront.

He was in and out quickly and cleanly.
With parts and labor her bill was very reasonable. When I gave a description of the needed repair, I was given an accurate estimate on how much time it would take, and it was correct (Actually less time).

My mom was happy with the service and labor done.
I'd definitely recommend AAA Rapid Plumbing.

Martin came out and snaked our line as our waste disposal was backed up. He went to 60 feet and found a lot grease in the line. He told me what I need to do to keep the same thing from happening again. He was friendly and helpful. Should I have any other problems I will call them again.

Martin arrived at our house quickly to address our clogged shower. He was friendly and courteous.

He inspected the clean-out and the shower, determining that the problem was in the shower line, not the clean out. He tried to snake the shower to resolve the clog but stopped after telling me that the liquid plumber is out in the line that morning would damage his snake, so he'd have to come back the next day to see what he could do. He charged us $159 for the work he'd done. His price was lower than other quotes, but we still had a clog.

He seemed honest and competent, and cleaned up nicely. We scheduled for him to return the next day, but cancelled after my husband used our lawn hose in the shower drain to push out the clog.

Just called this place and spoke to ""Flo"", she was so rude and hung up on my Office Manager. Who does that?!?

We usually use this place and have been very happy with the level of service but whomever they have taking calls has no concept of customer service or common courtesy.

Great Service! Called these guys on Sunday to fix a garbage disposal. They were there in 30 minutes, replaced to disposal and fixed some leaks that they discovered in the bargain. Fast, pleasant and skilled. Highly recommend.

Had a clogged toilet, tried 6ft snake, different types of plungers, no luck.

Called a plumber, he came but due to lack of equipment, he couldn't clear the clog. He recommended Triple A and help to arrange then to come over. 40 mins later, Joshua showed up within the promised time, and clear it with the right size of cable/snake equipment.

I called this company for a plumbing service. The operator set an appointment for the following day at 9 a.m. Next day, I waited till 9:30 am and no one showed up. I call 800-784-6591 again, the operator told me that their technicians are running behind and they will come between 11am-1PM. I OKed that time and waited again. Of course, the did not show up again or even bother to call me if they ever show up.

I would never bother to do business with this kind of dishonest people.

First time I use this company and I'm so disappointed. I hope The Owner Marco takes care of his business by selecting Better and more qualified dispatchers
Mariana was very nice and very profesional but the evening shift - super rude!!
