The price I saw in the email was in my price range to spend on a balcony and kitchen; both connected by an outside wall.
It was handled in the best possible way. Triangle care about their costumer, always ask if they need to change the plan and they notify you of any problem.

I called and they were extremely nice on the phone. They asked my many questions and also answered all of mine. We agreed on a date that worked best for me.
They were really trying to work around my schedule during the whole project, and always checked in with me when changes needed to be done.

Beyond of being considerate, they were organized with how they ran things. They were clean and did not take long breaks... the installations and all the small fixes were handled with care and great attention to details.

I would recommend them to anyone who care about how they are treated as costumer as well as how their house is taken care of.

If I could give these people 10 stars I would... very Professional and have their hands on top of every little detail!
They were patient answering all my questions, including email ls and phonr call. I knew we need the work done asap... they were fast!
They worked with me on financial and payments. That was so wonderful and allowed me to get the much needed work done. They were able to get us on a schedule that works for us. Very efficiect with our time! They continued to be responsive after the work was complete when I had a couple of follow up questions....

Definitely ZERO stars! Project managers are extremely high pressure. Add on jobs that are not as urgent as they make them out to be. Their construction guys work is mediocre at best. And when you call them back to fix something, the project manager acts like its an INCONVIENCE to send someone out to fix the problem they should have done right in the first place!

From the start they assured me they will be on top of it, because we are both very busy and barely home. It was important for me that they stick to the schedule... they had good timing they showed up early in the morning and left afternoon.
Good skills via email and also Phone, we were updated weekly on the kitchen and living rooms tables, cabinets, special shelves for shoes and chair. We love all the new additions that saves us time when we get home.
