Violates the National Do Not Call list. When asked why they hung up.

When I was contacted by the sales representative, I was impressed. It was a cold call and I don't usually respond to those. He said he would call me back that evening to see if they could schedule an appointment. He did not call back so I thought ""oh, well, no surprise"". However he did call back two days later. I did schedule an appointment. He did ask a lot of questions. We scheduled an appointment but I told him, since they required both of us to be there, that I would have to get my husband out of work. Another person called three hours before the appointment to make sure we would be there. Bottom line: I rescheduled my day, got my husband out of work, and we were at the house 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. 20 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment I call the sales rep. He talked to the OWNER of the business and called me back to say they did not have anyone available to come over. WHAT????!!!!!!! Any company who is this disrespectful of your time will be an absolute disaster. I have owned a company for 30 years and would NEVER treat anyone like this!!!! We really needed a lot of remodel and I would NEVER use them!!

If I could give negative stars I would. They call too much. Come on, I have an answering machine for a reason. Leave a message! But no, they just keep calling and wondering why I don't answer. It's really unprofessional. We actually even made an appointment for an estimate and they no-showed! No thank you! Should have reviewed them on here first! Thanks yelp!

I have been receiving cold calls from Triangle Construction several times a week for years now. They just called again this morning using yet another spoofed phone number. They constantly change the number that shows up on your caller ID . So, as soon as you block one number, they immediately start calling again from another one. I no longer answer telemarketing calls, but in the past I have repeatedly told them that I am on the Do Not Call list. They don't care.. One guy actually laughed and asked me how that was working for me. I've also had them scream obscene things at me when I ask them to stop calling.
Whatever you do DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. If they have to market themselves this way then clearly they cannot rely on repeat business or referrals to keep them going. That tells me that they do bad work and will sc*** you the first chance they get.
Please, stop letting these jerks come out to your house to give an estimate. It's the only way to make them stop using harassing phone calls to drum up business.

I have enjoyed my experience with Triangle Construction. Kobi was my first introduction to the Triangle family. With his knowledge and professionalism, he helped me with the serious decisions on whether to start a project. He was always available to answer my questions or he would stop by often to check on the progress of a project. I have used this company for several successful projects from bathroom remodels to complete kitchen remodel. With each project, I met craftsmen with the knowledge to skillfully complete each project above expectations. Projects were completed on a timely basis. The job sites were left clean and tidy at the end of each work day and at project completion. My home is now a showcase that I had dreamed, For over two years, Triangle has been there to help me with all my remolding needs. If I have any future projects, my first call will be to Kobi and Triangle Construction. I have recommended Triangle to my friends that have had construction needs.

These guys appear to be behind the litany of calls we get for home improvement work, going under different names such as Design Center. Whether they do good work or not, I could not tell you nor do I care. When a company can't respect the law, they deserve no business from me or anyone else. When they call (and believe me they'll call), politely tell them to go pound sand.

I am reading these reviews and what I find funny is there is only one that says that they were happy with the work they did, because the rest of the reviews didn't have work done there complaint is with the marketing company that creates the appointment and is hired by the company to do cold calls.
We got a phone cold call (like many of you we are on the Do not call list and get multiple calls a day from contractors.) from a man that was nice and respectful and had a strong sales pitch, but that is what he is paid to do. We needed some painting done to the outside of the house so we scheduled an appointment. They called the morning of the appointment to confirm. We had a man (Mike) come to the house, he was on time and he was very professional and gave us all the info we needed to make an educated decision. He did not pressure us into anything at all because we let him know in advance that we are going to get a total of 3 estimates and not make any decision until then. If he wins the bid we will have no problem doing business with this company.
I will post another review as time progresses.

Unlike other reviewers, I have had nothing but positive experiences with Triangle Construction, which has earned the distinction of being my go-to-construction company. I have used them for both painting and plumbing work and have consistently found them to be professional, reliable and affordable. I also have yet to receive a ""cold call"" from them.

I had my patio painted and remodeled by Triangle Construction and was pleased in every way. They were there on time with the work crew, knew exactly what I wanted and asked about my concerns. They were clean, efficient and fast (accomplished everything in three days). My patio looks great!

This Triangle Company randomly called our family and since we had so many items to get done around the house, they immediately came over to hour house. After the first 30min of talking with them about all of the work we needed around the house; such as Electrical lighting changes on the outside of the house, recessed lights in the garage, entire front cement step redesign and painting of the house. We thought we better start writing everything down we discussed. So we got our computer out and typed out 4 pages of the action items including all of the details. The salesman said it wasn't necessary but we wrote out after 5 hours 4 pages with pictures of how and what we wanted. d When we asked if Triangle had their own staff or did they sub-contract out to other companies, they said they have their own staff. After nearly 5 hours the salesman signed the paperwork and we gave them a down payment. The first people that came out were the Electrical and they were wearing some other companies T-shirts. When I asked them if they worked for Triangle, they said no. The minute they started working they had no idea what needed to be done and my family had to act as the General Contractor and explain everything. The painters who were nice peopel also tried to cut corners by placing only one coat of paint. We showed the signed paperwork detailing two coats of primer and two coats of paint and they agreed. The cement people didn't want to do the cement work like we outlined in the detail contract we wrote. The original salesman was no where to be found even though he promised to come by 2-3 times a week to inspect the work. We ended up guiding the six different companies that came to our house. After the work was done we explained about all of the problems but they were not interested in listening. One of the recessed ligths in the garage is completely dented in the ceiling as they hit one of the beams. The outside lights direclty in front of the house still don't work to this day. After 1 hour of haggling with the cement people and showing them the signed contract by Triangle, they finally gave up and did the front cement and bullnose brick work like we wanted, which after 3 days caused a pipe burst leak under the bricks as they placed the cement right over the sprinkler pipes. After much complaining they came 1 week later and fixed it over a 3 day period. Our situation could have been a lot worse had my family and I not written everything down. We now understand that Triangle company was sold or changed names as they still call us for more jobs... As long as they are still located in Culver, we would not trust this company for anything. They have a long way to go to understand basic business and customers needs.
