I thought I needed a new water heater, and they said that they could be here that afternoon. I had been fighting with my water heater for a couple of days, and I traced it to an element, but that didn't make sense given that we had replaced it a short time before. I wanted a new heater. Cody arrived, and started asking questions, and then testing what was happening. He determined that the element had been damaged. He replaced that, and sure enough, the old element was destroyed. It was a perfect chance for them to sell me the whole water heater and services, but they replaced the element for a very small fraction of what I expected to pay. Couldn't be happier with their timely, valuable service. I'll call them whenever I need further plumbing help.

I thought my hot water heater was due for a replacement because I couldn't fill a bathtub before the water got cold. I also was thinking about going tankless. Jason came out, and he was prompt and courteous. He looked at my heater and said the problem was the heat setting was too low so he bumped it up and showed me how to adjust it. He's also not a fan of tankless and explained to me the pros and cons. Remember, he's doing all of this FOR FREE and was actually talking me out of purchasing anything from him. What's even more impressive is that he called me a few days later to make absolutely certain my water had heated up and that I wasn't having problems.

This kind of honesty and integrity is extremely rare and, even though I have no problem in need of fixing today, Jason has made me a customer for life!
