I highly recommend Jason and Tri-City Plumbing & Mechanical. I called Jason about a hot water heater issue. He was very busy but managed to fit me into his schedule this week. He was very informative and checked all the possible causes. We discussed best case and worse case scenarios of the possible problem and what it would take (and cost) to fix them. He also recommended a ""try this - and wait and see if it improves"" before we have to try the other alternative, which could be expensive because of where my home builder put my water heater. If I have any further plumbing issues, I know I will be calling Jason.

I have had Jason come do repairs @ my house a couple of times now. He does a great job in a very timely manner and has more than reasonable prices. He is very knowledgeable and explains what he needs to do.

Had a pretty significant leak under our kitchen faucet which warped our kitchen floor. Called tri city plumbing at 7:30am and Jason was out by 9:30am. Jason was prompt, efficient, honest and did great work! Had a lot of knowledge and insight. Highly recommend!

Had our kitchen flood last night and so we called Jeff this morning and he was here by 11. He fixed the kitchen sink that flooded, along with a leaking toilet downstairs and gave us very helpful advice to do a simple fix on the toilet upstairs. His advice worked and now everything is running perfectly. His prices are very good as well, would definitely recommend and use him again in the future.

Jeff is an extremely honest person. He laid out all of my options, which actually included not replacing the water at the time. I chose to be proactive and replace it anyway. He came back a few hours later and did the job in a timely manner. He also replaced two shower heads for me for free! ( I had purchased the heads). I plan on using him for all of my plumbing needs.

Needed a plumber to help us with minor hardware upgrades to our bathrooms. So many choices! Turned to the web... still couldn't make a choice. Tried Yelp and found two positive posts and made a call. Dealt with Jeff Daniels. Nice fellow. Polite. Prompt. Been a plumber in the area for 30 years. We wanted to get a LOT done and figured it would be about $2000+ by our estimates. Jeff went through it all with us and came up with only what we really needed and all it cost was $500! Good job done. We're pleased and would recommend this company to anyone.
