I left my number on Yelp for 4 different plumbing companies on a Sunday. Our main shower was not draining properly after we had tried all the usual DIY tactics. Ramon called right away (no one else called) and he asked if it was an emergency. I said no so he said he would call in the morning for directions to our house. He came before 9 AM and fixed the drain with his handy machine and was gone in 15 minutes...all for $75. We haven't had a plumber come to our house that promptly and at a decent price in 20 years or more. We will call him again as he is an excellent business man. His Tri-City company will grow through his work ethic and customer service I am sure!
