Hello, I called Ramon at Tri City Plumbing for a camera inspection of my sewer line and he came out next day on time as promised. He inspected the sewer line, cleaned it out and gave me good advice on how to proceed on repairing it (I had my own crew helping with that.)
He charged me a very fair price, he was very friendly, helpful and I can only recommend his services and his company!
I want to do business with him and his company again in the future!!!

I had my toilet overflow this morning while getting ready for work. I didn't notice it until 20-30 minutes later. In that time, the water leaked downstairs into my kitchen. I called a plumber at 7 a.m. who said he wouldn't be available until the evening. That same plumber also said he would not have the equipment for the job. I found Ramon on Yelp, he had very good reviews. He said he would be available around 9-10 a.m. As promised, he showed up before 10. He appeared to be honest and trustworthy. He fixed my issue and gave me recommendations for preventative measures. He was also reasonably priced. I will be recommending him and using him for all my plumbing in the future.

Ramón answered within minutes and was able to come on the same day, which happened to be a Saturday. He was very professional and besides doing his job, he gave me some tips on how to deal with certain things. I definitely recommend him . If i ever have a problem I will call him again.

As a landlord who lives a few hours away from my rental property, it's important for me to have service professionals who know their craft, communicate well and make it easy to transact business. Ramon at Tri-City Plumbing checks all the boxes and I'll be sure to use him for other plumbing related issues.

My tenant called me around 11:30 a.m. to let me know that they didn't have hot water. I did a quick search on Yelp for my area and noticed that Tri-City Plumbing had near perfect reviews, a confirmed business license and a response time of 10 minutes. So I called the number and Ramon picked up even though he just showed up another site. He said he'd head over to my rental within two hours. I texted him my address and let my tenant know his ETA. Ramon finished his job early and texted me at 12:26 he was on the way and by 12:43 Ramon was at my property diagnosing the water heater. He called me back to let me know what my options were and I gave him the green light to replace the malfunctioning thermo-couple. Another 15 minutes go by and we take care of the payment via credit card over the phone. I get the credit card receipt from Square via email and later Ramon also sends me a copy of the invoice for my records. He was easy to work with, communicated well and fixed the issue in a timely fashion. Thanks Ramon!

I highly recommend Tri-City Plumbing. So, you need a plumber and you're surfing Yelp to figure out who on this list you're going to call. I get it. That was me. After calling a couple of other plumbers and being told, ""I need to come over and see it before I give you an estimate,"" I reached out to Tri-City and received a quick response from Ramon. I explained the problem and got an estimate on the spot. The proposed plan of action for resolving the problem was clearly explained to me. No ridiculous promises were made. No games. Communication was excellent. Ramon showed up on time the next day, went to work, and resolved the problem. I received honest work for an honest charge. I appreciate that, and I think you will, too.
