Ramone came to my house yesterday to look at what I thought was a catastrophic issue. He analyzed the situation and gave me three price points for quick-and long-term solutions, letting me know they it was a common and easily fixed issue. I went with the most expensive option because it was still a reasonable fee but he didn't push that choice. He just finished and waited around to make sure the solution worked. Would and will recommend him, and won't f t my plumbing done by anybody else.

TriCity installed our new water heater in Feb 2022. Today the vent that goes from water heater to ceiling came of suddenly. I saw the vent lying in our garage floor. I tried calling them but their number no answer and message said their inbox is full so could not leave a message. I called another plumbing company - Next Gen, and the technician said that the vent is really important if not installed properly could be hazardous since the carbon monoxide from the heater could fill the garage and could come in our home. Tri city should have known this and since they did not install this properly placed my family and I in danger.

I suggest Tri City to do a better job in properly installing safeguards and parts in a water heater so they do not place other people in peril.

I'd rate Tri City ten stars if I could. Ramon and his team go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of and satisfied with the results. Since moving to this area, had tried several plumbing companies; the service was horrendous and the prices were outrageous. During the last service call, we had an emergency as we had a clog that made a mess in our home, and our garbage disposal under the sink went out, talk about a long 24hrs. Ramon showed up and without hesitation, worked tirelessly to addressed the clog and replacing the garbage disposal and followed up to ensure both issues were addressed. Our Bradford White 40-gallon tank gave out on us, after 13 years. We called Tri City because they had installed it 13 years earlier. Saul came out and replaced it within 2 hours time. He gave us a few options and we decided to replace the unit - rather than patch it up for a short time. He was honest and professional. I would absolutely recommend Tri City Plumbing again.
