We had to have a new sewer pipe installed from our house to the street, and from the time of the estimate and completion of the job it was less than a week, which included all permits. Their workers were polite, on time, efficient and the cost was very competitive. I would highly recomment them!

Outstanding service!! I wish we could give TrenchFree 10 Stars!! We fired Plumbing America who was more interested in over charging outrageous prices than performing timely repairs to my lateral sewer line - 4 weeks or longer.

I have an 85' cast iron lateral sewer line that had 2 major cracks with one being very serious and a few bellies. TrenchFree offered a favorable bid against the other competitors I interviewed. They were very thorough in explaining the process, their equipment and years of experience. I hired TrenchFree because they were referred to me by my friend's neighbor who provided a great customer testimonial but more importantly they were the only contractor that arrived early to my initial appointment. To me showing up on time (and in this case early) is a sign of respect and wanting my business. Antonio was very professional with his open communication and calmed any fears I had about the project. Diego and his crew completed the job on time and gained my trust. A double thumbs up to the entire crew. The occupants can now poop in peace.

I needed my main water supply line replaced after it started to leak in my front yard. I got 5 quotes and Trench Free wasn't the lowest bid or the highest, it was fair. They explained everything the best. Their quote was complete and knew and discussed the building code with me. They understood the pros and cons of all the materials and different methods. So they gained my trust. Then the execution of the project was perfect and on-time... and trench free. Which mattered a lot when I had done most of the design and planting in my yard... and the kids loved watching the horizontal drill, pretty cool.

I'm late writing this follow up review. Everything went off without a hitch! We are very satisfied with the speed at which they fit us into the schedule, the friendliness of the workers (my apologies, I forgot their names!!), and the quality of the job they did. It passed inspection the first time, and they compacted the dirt that they had to dig out to put in the cleanout at the property's edge. Finally, the price was hard to beat, so when factoring that into the equation, we unreservedly recommend TrenchFree. Thank you to all who worked our job.

they are still here. they have been at Bonnie View for 5 years now and everything is harder with Trench Free. I feel like I'm living in a Sarah Winchester nightmare. they have to dig a trench, but it doesn't work, they have to drill a hole but it harder than they thought and now jackhammers hammer away. It's a nightmare with no end and it's all harder with Trench Free.

Courteous, and punctual. Cleaned up afterwards and completed the job as stated in the contract. Very knowledgeable in work management and wasted no time!

We got a bid from them, the person who provided the bid was knowledgeable and friendly but their bid came in 300% higher than any of the other bids (we got 5 others). I ensured the materials were the same so 300% higher made no sense at all. We got the work done for a lot less cost with a very high quality contractor. The pricing was just ludicrous.

Axel and his team did a great job. They replaced the main sewer line in 1 day, but since I requested a permit that added the next morning to the project for inspection. All the work was completed to code and passed inspection in the morning. Drain&Water (Trenchfree) completed the covering of the two holes and cleaned before 11:00 AM. I would recommend Drain&Water to anyone needing a main sewer line replaced. Thank you Axel and team. Steven Rubio
