From our Silicon Valley base, our fleet serves the whole San Francisco Bay Area.
Juan Diaz started JD Plumbing in 2007, which evolved into TrenchFree.
TrenchFree presents numerous non-invasive plumbing solutions for the Bay Area's historic landscapes and architecture,

Said the problem was worse than it actually was so my estimate was over $15k to replace a 30ft sewage line to the city. Got an assessment and quote from another company and ended up only needing spot treatment totaling $3k.

I strongly recommend these guys. 4 years ago they put a new sewer line and cleanouts in for me (our redwood ate through the old lines) I asked them to come check out the lines today to make sure there were no issues after an issue with a clog. They showed up at 9am, checked all lines and gave me piece of mind all was good at NO CHARGE!! because the work they did 4 years ago has a Lifetime Warrenty

I'm a general contractor and property manager and have used TrenchFree to fix underground leaks several times. I've been in construction for over 40 years and have worked with many contractors. TrenchFree has been one of the most professional companies that have worked with. The management is very responsive, helpful and communicate well The crews I've worked with have been experienced, polite and clean up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again.

Carlos came for the estimate and demonstrated an impressive professionalism and genuine care about my problems.
Price was very reasonable. Crew very friendly, explaining what they are doing.
After job was completed everything was cleaned up to the degree that is undistingvitional from the original state.
Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service! I worked with Jose and Carlos on my disgusting sewage problem. They gave me good advice and once the city approved the permit, the work got started quickly. Have you ever had a construction project that cane under budget? I had my first experience of that, and probably my last, with TrenchFree! Whoop!!!

Diego and his team worked hard and delivered. Couldn't have asked for a better crew. I'm impressed by the way he kept me informed throughout the job. They met some obstacles and challenges, but ultimately finished the job and I'm happy with the results. Carlos was also excellent at communicating the scope of the work and providing assurance. I highly recommend working with TrenchFree.

Really happy with this company. I needed my sewer line replaced and learned about TrenchFree's method. It was much cheaper than the quote I got from a traditional plumber. They were patient explaining the process to me and it was clear that they were a better option than a traditional plumber.

Once my appointment was booked, TrenchFree took care of getting the permit with the city and then the crew came out and excavated my front yard. I have artificial turf, so I had to pull it up before they excavated. Honestly, the huge pile of dirt in my front yard was very intimidating. I was worried there was no way that it would all get put back in place. All of the dirt came from just two small-ish (about 3' x 3') holes.

After the excavation, the old pipe was removed and the new pipe was put in. I have full basement, so I'm hoping that made their job a little easier for this hard working crew.

They came back the following day to backfill and to have the city inspect their work.

I was so impressed with the work they did to backfill and put my artificial turf back into place - you'd have to look really, really closely to even notice that anything had changed. Naturally, the project passed inspection.

Getting a sewer line replaced is one of the more expensive and less fun things a homeowner will have to deal with. TrenchFree made it much more tolerable.

I give this company my highest recommendation. I needed my sewer line replaced, which required extensive excavation & concrete work. TrenchFree gave me the lowest bid I received, with the least amount of landscape damage. My next door neighbors had also used their services and were pleased.

The workers were thoroughly professional - prompt, quiet, and cleaned up each day. When the work was finished, I could scarcely tell anything had been disturbed. It was a pleasure working with them, which I can't say about other contractors.

I also appreciate the fact that, unlike my other bidders, TrenchFree accepts credit card payments without requiring an extra fee. And they provide a lifetime warranty.

Some very honest folks over there at TrenchFree.

Eric M. came by for an estimate on what was looking like a major job. Some thorough investigation by Eric revealed the issue was not what we thought and would not be solved with replacing the sewer main line.

So very happy to have called these guys for a estimate.
