Last week I had him finish a shower project I had started, after installing the tub surround myself I couldn't find a handheld shower set-up that would work with the existing old valve. Ultimately he put in a new valve that allowed me to use new hardware I had bought (with his blessing and a suggested extra wall plate I hadn't gotten).

I didn't plan on working with him again so soon, but a few days later there was a ceiling leak at a condo I manage. He rearranged his schedule to be there for an inspection early the next day and was able to diagnose a non-plumbing roof leak so I knew to turn things over to the HOA.
