Joseph was accurate, on time, honest and was even able to come the same day to replace our leaking gas water heater. He went above and beyond to fix the earthquake straps that had been installed incorrectly many years ago. Also once seeing the job in person, he actually lowered the price based on the work that needed done. Thank you for great honest service!!

Had to replace angle valves, and called multiple companies to try to get that fixed. We had to shut off our main line for the day since there was a leak we couldn't fix. Joe had the first availability and gave a quick estimate on the work at around 8 PM that night, and came by the next day at noon.

Took about 1 hour to get the job done (job was a bit more tedious than expected), and even helped with the removal of a drain pipe that needed to be replaced without an additional cost.

Joseph stayed true to the estimate he gave, and water seems to be working fine throughout the house again. He definitely cares about just doing a good job for others, and his prices are fair.

Highly recommended, and will be keeping Joseph on call if any additional plumbing help is needed.

We have found ourselves a great plumber! From getting an initial quote to the actual project, Joseph was detail-oriented, patient, and friendly. He ensured that we were on the same page with what we wanted and did a fabulous job. We requested an outdoor shower and it took a little bit of conversation to work out exactly how it would look and work. Joseph asked many questions to ensure we were happy with the plan, which made us confident that we would be pleased with the end results. Joseph is a highly rated plumber. Was very knowledgeable and helped us with our leak detection. With the aesthetics of the home was able to minimize the required drywall cutout size to inspect the leak, thus requiring us as the homeowners to have a smaller repair for our drywall, which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend and use him again!

Joseph seems like a nice guy, and he took his time looking through our house (we were planning a whole-house repipe). When he left, we gave him a soda and thought he'd get back in touch with an estimate.

Instead, a week or two later, I hear back from another company that he asked to call us (I didn't know that Joseph was planning to do this or that he couldn't do the repipe himself...he never told me). I spoke with the guy Joseph referred and he said he would call back to schedule a time to come and take a look at our house (he never did).

I ended up finding a reputable repipe company that ended up doing a good job on our place. Joseph's probably good at what he does. Communication could have been better, though.

So you got a blocked drain under your foundation and you look at the various estimates that you have received from your traditional plumbing operations and you don't know what to do.... Here is my suggestion....

If you have not received an estimate from Jospeh Camarena, who owns and runs Trench Plumbing - call him. I did and I don't regret the minute that I placed the call. He was timely and cost effective with his charges and flexible in scheduling the job on your time table (unless your job needs emergency attention, which also separates Trench from the rest).

He and his crew were respectful of the job site, laid heavy paper on the wood floors and baseboards. Covered any exposed areas with plastic and when he drilled the concrete to access the clogged drain, he did it with minimal dust and little disruption to others working in the house.

Joseph and his assistant, Angel are licensed plumbers who repair some of the most difficult plumbing challenges. Their work was completed as scheduled and during the process, Jospeh and Angel kept me apprise of any issues and/or needs that I needed to address.
