Joseph is awesome. I messaged a few plumbers for quotes on installation of two toilets and nobody would give me even a ball park for an estimate, they wanted to come and look and chat. I'm very busy and wanted an estimate, Joseph gave me a good range of the cost after seeing some pics of my old toilets and the new ones I bought. He is super responsive and we coordinated a time for him to come.

Toilets were installed without any issues and look beautiful. He didn't make a mess and hauled the old toilets for us. We are having him come back to install a new tub and shower. He advised us on which to buy, he said he does not do tile but his brother does, so we are looking forward to working with Joseph again.

Price is very fair and he is very pleasant to work with. Super efficient and quick! Highly recommend.

Joseph was great! We had an unexpected issue with our toilet and Joseph was able to come the same day and fix it. He was courteous and I really appreciated his honesty and transparency with what needed to be done. Very knowledgeable. I've hired other plumbers and they don't really take their time to explain what the issue is and what needs to be done to fix it, so this was refreshing. Definitely would recommend Joseph and his services.

What a disrespectful and lousy business. Set up an appointment and 90 min into cancel due to the family emegrency(bullshit). Didn't even have the courtesy to even call, instead just send a message.

Replied fast worked even faster! Sadly I didn't know how to fix pipe and sink myself but he came and explained everything within a minute very clear on what was wrong and price too. Very professional would recommend to anyone

Joseph installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced 3 shut off valves in my parents' home in Newport Beach for an excellent price. He was very professional and polite. The only minor problem was that he stated that he was Covid unvaccinated but tested negative earlier in the week. Because my parents are elderly, they took precautions, but they would have felt more secure if he was vaccinated.
