We had an issue with our bathtub faucet where the water was not shutting down. I called Francisco, the owner, on Sunday morning and he made himself available for the same evening. He charged me the same rate as he would on a weekday. He explained in detail the issue with the faucet. He had the part with him already. He was very courteous, polite and competent. His assistant Michael was also very nice and courteous and competent. I would not hesitate to recommend Tremors Plumbing.

This is my new go-to-plumber!

Francisco was super nice, he owns the business himself and is a master plumber. It's always great when you're working directly with the owner of a business. He specifically makes the time to help customers out when he can. He's knowledgeable about many things, we even chatted about gardening.

He was the only plumber that picked up and was available on a Saturday. This is also true after I was unable to get a hold of a plumber I hired before. He always kept me up to date if he was running behind. After arriving at my house, I know understand why he ran behind: it's because he's so thorough. He discovered a problem I did not know we had. I went out with him to see it, and returned to it myself the next day to confirm. He wasn't running up the bill; he provided a free consult at no charge that will have the potential to result in serious cost savings.

After he resolved our issue, I also asked him about clogged bathroom sinks and told him I couldn't figure out how to remove the stopper. He took the time to show me and we also discussed preventative measures - all of that at no additional cost.

Francisco is great. I needed a video line of our sewer to provide for a permit application to the city. He replied within an hour on Yelp, had a competitive price, and completed the work without issue. Overall an excellent experience. If you are looking for a plumber, I would highly recommend him.

When our hot water heater died on us, we reached out to a bunch of 5-star rated plumbers about replacement. Most weren't responsive or seemed determined to charge us well above market rates if we wanted speedy service.

Francisco at Tremors Plumbing was different - he was highly responsive and offered us a competitive estimate for quick water heater replacement. We easily worked out the details via texting.

He subsequently arrived on time, did a thorough replacement, and meticulously checked his work and cleaned the area afterwards. He also checked a couple other small leaks in our house and advised us how we can handle them ourselves.

We'll happily be back to hot showers tonight... and happily recommending Tremors Plumbing to those in need.

Knowledgeable, experienced and personable -- and more than anything else: super professional.

I called Francisco because our water heater decided to turn our garage into a swimming pool. Thank goodness he was available. He's super easy going. Willing to answer a bunch of my non-plumber questions about plumbing. Genuinely a nice guy.

Here's a couple of ways he earned a 5-star rating:

1. When I spoke to the manufacturer, they said I could take it back and get a credit toward a replacement. I didn't know that I could return the broken one for a credit at HD. Good thing for me, Francisco knew better!

2. When I initially went to turn off the water supply to the WH, the valve just spun. So I had to turn the h20 off at the main. No biggie. I asked if he could replace the valve. Totally. Easy. Francisco pointed out that the wrong type of valve had been installed previously and broke down the differences and got us sorted.

3. Chit chatting with him, I had questions about the water pressure at our house. He shifted from casual chit chat to ""Professor"" mode and schooled me on h20 pressure. You learn something every day ;)

I will not hesitate for 1 second to call Francisco the next time we're in need of a plumber.

My wife owns a cafe so imagine when we had a plumbing problem. After 3 plumbers were unable to unblock the pipe, my goto plumber called Francesco. I am happy to say, he got it unblocked. It was challenging for the other plumbers but he got it unblocked with his more industrial sized rotor after 180 ft of cutting.
I am very happy with both Francesco's service and his great professionalism, I make no hesitation to recommend his service to anyone who has a challenging problem or just need a reliable and trustworthy plumber.

Francisco just left my house at 10pm on a Tuesday finishing a job. He did come later thsn expected as he was really busy, but was committed to completing the project of replacing a leaky tee under the house. He was the only one that was willing to do it right with a special bushing to go from cast iron to abs pipe and his quote was very reasonable. I plan to call him for all our plumbing needs!

Sewage was coming out of shower drain. I called a big company who came out and quoted me $17000. I found Mr. Zuno on Nextdoor app and he took care of the problem. He was friendly and professional. I left a message on his phone, he returned it right away (it was on a weekend). He came and surveyed the situation and quickly rolled out his snake. The problem was solved within a couple hours. It cost me $200.
