Francisco has done plumbing repairs for our home in the past so when two toilets needed repair I knew exactly who to call. Francisco, of Tremors Plumbing and Sewer, had an opening the very same day, so fortunate for us. I am extremely happy with the expertise and professionalism of Francisco. With information provided during my phone call, Francisco had everything on his truck that was necessary to make the appropriate repairs. There were several repairs that he was able to do during this visit and Francisco explained the problems in detail along with repairs that were needed. We were also provided explanations of preventative efforts that are useful to prevent future problems. I appreciated his use of shoe covers to walk into the house as well as leaving everything tidy afterward.

Our new home in Pacifica needed more work than we initially thought. We sought out Francisco initially for some plumbing issues, but he is so knowledgeable in all aspects of the house. Not only is he very friendly, he is also extremely helpful, thorough, reliable and professional. He truly cares about the quality of his work. He will also give you his honest opinion on any home improvement project (windows, floors, plumbing, kitchen, etc) and will not try to trick you into creating a bigger job than its supposed to be. He is our go-to guy if we need any repair or work on our home. We really appreciate all the work he has done for us. We highly recommend Francisco!

I first worked with Francisco from Tremors Plumbing & Sewer when he made an initial inspection of my sewer line as part of a pre-sale home inspection. I was impressed then with his promptness and professionalism, so when it came time to update the forms for a pre-renovation inspection, I knew just who to call. The experience this time around was just as fantastic as last time. He was able to meet me within a few hours of my first call and completed his first job on time and on budget. Then, when it turned out that things were complicated than I'd initially planned, he came up with a great plan to address the problem, scheduled time to fix it the next day, and even stayed late into the evening to make sure the work was done properly. I could not be more pleased with his work and would recommend him highly.
