Our power was out and our basement flooded with 6 inches of water at 11pm on a Sunday in a terrible storm. Tremors responded immediately, pumped about 700 gallons of water from our basement and then loaned us his power generator for 24 hours so that we could have power in the morning. Top top service, super nice guy and reasonable price. Would absolutely use them again

For the last 2 plumbing jobs, Francesco came alone and did the job himself. For our last job which was a sump pump replacement (where we provide the sump pump), Francesco sent 2 of his workers to do the job instead. We had to wait 2 weeks to get an estimate since Francesco was really busy. When he came, he didn't give us an written estimate, only a verbal estimation of $475-515 depending if minor parts are needed. The bill turned out to be $590. The $475-515 is just labor estimate plus whatever the parts happen to be. His rate turned out to be higher than R.P.S. Ribbs Premier Services Plumbing, which gave us a written quote for $485 all parts included. The estimate was not written down and not very transparent otherwise we'd have gone with R.P.S. Ribbs and save $105.

We are so lucky to have found Francisco. We were told by another plumber to replace our sewer line which would have cost us tens of thousands. Instead of relying on another plumber's diagnosis, Francisco insisted that he uses his own camera to assess the situation. He ended up clearing the pipes and told us to maintain a regular cleaning regimen. The pipes are still good and did not collapse as the other plumber had concluded. We have dodged a bullet! We still can't believe how lucky we are to have found Francisco. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest.

We are so thankful to have found Francisco. He is a wonderful person and an incredible plumber. After we unsuccessfully snaked our pipes multiple times on our own we finally broke down and called a plumber. The first plumber we called (ANOTHER COMPANY) came and gave up after an hour. I searched on Yelp and found Tremors/ Francisco. After speaking with him on the phone I already knew he amazing. He was able to fit us in the same day. He spent many hours working on our problem and didn't give up. He has a camera to go in your pipes and he can go on the roof - lots of other plumbers can't/ won't do that. His prices are reasonable - especially if you break it down by the hour. He is a very knowledgeable and skilled plumber AND, he is a very kind and caring person. Again, we are so thankful to have found him. I don't normally leave Yelp reviews but I had to for Tremors Plumbing. Thank you, Francisco!!!!!

I had a tap in my garage leaking and I also wanted to replace it with a tap I could attach a garden hose to. The plumbing was at least 40 years old. Francisco was quick to understand what I needed and got it sorted out the next day. He went above and beyond and gave me a nice stainless backslash. He also noticed another tap in the garden leaking and fixed that too. With our drought this was appreciated.
Francisco was very pleasant and easy to work with. This was an all round positive plumbing experience. Thank you Francisco.

Francisco and his team replaced our old water heater, installed a hot water recirculation system and fixed a leak that our remodeling contractors couldn't. Excellent service. Very helpful, explaining what he was doing and what he was finding. Polite, professional, on-time, off-hours service, very competitive pricing. He went so far as to walk around the block to open the manhole covers of the city main line to check on conditions there. Provided me information on how to contact San Mateo Public Works to get them involved. Even after wrapping up and leaving my house, he texted me to let me know that he saw the San Mateo service truck on location at the manhole, if I wanted to speak to them in person!
