Had an appointment with another plumber that fell through as they couldn't find a plumber to send to us. Called around and talkd to Francisco, told him of the issue and he came over with in 45 minutes! He was all done within 45 minutes of arrival and the total cost was about 370, which is about what I expected to pay to have a leaky faucet fixed. Good service, within the hour help, and very professional! Would definitely recommend again!

I wish I could give Francisco more than 5 stars! He is the only person answered my phone after 8 pm on Friday night. There are a lot of 24 hours places but they all didn't even answer the phone. It was commercial building but he did a great job. He is a very professional. He was keep contacting us on the way to my place. And he knows exactly what he is doing. I think everyone should call Francisco for plumbing problems, not other places. I highly highly recommend him and I will continue to call him for sure for next time.

Francisco did a fantastic job replacing our water heater.

He came and gave us a quote very late on a weekend and was back the next day to install.

His price was competitive to others but he was much more responsive and upfront with us then other plumbers.

As the owner of a small business, he works really hard to make sure his customer are happy and the job is done right.

His time estimate was correct, he was polite and professional and most importantly, we had a working water heater fast!

Francisco is wonderful!

At 5:30pm on a Thursday we noticed that the water in the shower was starting to back up. We tried to fix it ourselves but by 6:30pm nothing was working. I found another plumbing company that had hundreds of reviews, and called twice but didn't get a call back. I then called Francisco, he picked up immediately and said he could be at my house in an hour. He arrived in an hour and quickly evaluated the situation. He was able to clean out our sewage line in less than an hour. Afterwards he asked if we had any other plumbing issues we wanted him to look at or ask questions about since he was here. He spent another 30 minutes just answering questions and giving us home improvement advice.

If we ever need plumbing work, we'll definitely be calling Francisco again.

Francisco is one of the most amazing people you'll ever meet. He's not only an extremely knowledgeable and capable expert in his trade, he is one of the most honest, hard-working, kind person I've ever met.

We bought our house recently and made a lot of updates to the house. Our plumbing was in really bad shape, and he went above and beyond in his work. BY FAR, the BEST we worked with in all our updates. And, completely and totally exceeded expectations.

I've had Francisco install a seismic shutoff on my gas line as well as fix a broken water line that was in a difficult location to fix. Both times I was very happy with his prompt & professionals service. With my broken line, especially. I had an irrigation line set within brick and I was worried it would be a big job. Francisco was very careful and had it fixed in short order.

I called Tremors Plumbing around 8:30 pm with a clogged sewer main. Francisco was the only plumber willing to get up on the roof and arrived about 9:30 pm. He (and his helper) got right to work. Francisco explained what he was doing, and gave it his best for 2 hours. Around 11:30 pm, the clog won. He is diligent, dedicated, and a man of his word. He would not accept payment because the clog didn't clear. I am having him come back to put in a clean out. This story isn't over, yet.

To each is own personal experience...i have nothing but words of reassurance that Francisco will get the work done. Emergency service for a broken shower valve. I called Francisco in the morning. He got here quickly, made a plan, went out for required parts and had it all done by the afternoon. Also cleaned up the work area nicely. I recommend Tremors Plumbing.
