Not long ago, I joined the Travis Crawford Protection Club. I ended up having a hot water tank leak on a Sunday, and gave them a call, and they were out in a short amount of time. My water heater was old and so I decided to get a tankless water heater as a replacement. The company provided me with great service throughout the whole process of getting the water heater installed, as well as a water filtration system. Ricardo was the lead installation technician and he was great to work with and a great leader with the installation process.

I requested assistance in capping a gas line for my range. The technician who came to perform the work was friendly and professional, but I found the company's practices dishonest.

When I called, I asked about the service fee for a technician visit. The representative said the fee would be applied to the total invoice cost of the work after an estimate was provided, not an additional charge. However, it turned out to be an additional charge not mentioned initially.

When I followed up with the manager, I was informed that the service fee only counts towards the total if it exceeds $1,000. If not, the $89 fee is added to the total estimated cost. This was not mentioned in my initial call.

I felt a compromise was needed, as this was not communicated clearly during my first call. They removed the extra fee but did not apply it as promised, which seemed slightly deceiving.

The only reason for 2 stars is because the service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. If it wasn't for him, I would give this company zero stars for dishonesty.

Asked for a quote for new HVAC unit; response was immediate over the phone; technician came out to inspect and verify quote; accepted; and three technicians came out and did an outstanding job of installing the new unit; very conscientious and worked all day completing the job. Answered all our questions and were very satisfied with entire process. We highly recommend them.

When my outdated a/c finally gave up the ghost, my daughter-in-law recommended that I call Travis Crawford heating, cooling and plumbing. I will be forever grateful that she did.They quickly gave me an appointment and arrived almost spot on to their eta. Their technicians were friendly and courtesy while totally professional. They arrived almost spot on to their eta. It seemed as if in no time at all the installation was completed. What impressed me the most, was when their manager came to inspect the work and inquired as to my satisfaction. I don't normally give recommendations but I heartedly give an A+ to Travis Crawford!

second time having Irene Alvarado do our biannual service. Really appreciate getting same excellent technician. It allowed her to follow up on one item she found while doing our heating check. Today she did air conditioner. She took it fully apart gave it a thorough cleaning. She found wires to close to copper so she realigned them. Always respecting our home and property. Always shows us pictures so we know what she did. Great job!

Travis Crawford has provided very good repair service to our heating and air conditioners over the past two years and as a result when it came time to replace one of the units, we decided to go with Travis Crawford. The installation team was professional and they had the unit installed within a day as promised. However, the air conditioning was not functioning after they left and many other installation issues were found. They had a team come to the house the following day and it took them close to six hours to fix all the issues, all of them related to poor workmanship. At the end of day two, the air-conditioning was functioning properly, and it appeared that all the issues have been corrected. Since then, no one from Travis Crawford has followed up. For anyone looking for a new HVAC system, it's going to be difficult to decide who to use . With anyone be sure to review all the work carefully. The issues with this installation were very obvious to me who is not an HVAC professional. I'm reluctant to be too harsh about this review because of the several years of good repair service. My advice is to proceed with caution.

We're thrilled with the service we received from Josh Mason from Travis Crawford today. He got here quickly, which was a great surprise on a Saturday. Friendly, excellent communication throughout the visit. He's highly knowledgeable about older units like ours. He had to get creative to fix a couple of things to get us back up and running today, but we're already back to cool air! Well worth what we paid for the visit. Josh also offered helpful guidance as we look at replacing our unit soon. We look forward to continuing to work with the Travis Crawford team to replace our unit.

Just had my spring service completed by Cody. All went well. Very efficient. Cody is very friendly and clearly knows what he is doing. The front office operation is likewise friendly and efficient. The company has an effective texting communication that works well to schedule visits and also tells the customer precisely who will be performing the service. Definitely recommend this company.

We had an emergency plumbing issue today and I was up to my ankles in water. Travis' team got right to work rearranging their schedule so they could get out here quickly. We ended up having several issues. Justin was our tech and he did a great job explaining all of our options. I definitely recommend them!
