To put it straightforward Eddie is the man. He is always willing to lend a helping hand to take care of any issues you may have, and best of all he's doing his job at a bargain rate! I started having issues at my home with my kitchen drain. It was clogging and would not drain properly. I called Eddie at 4 PM and he was outside my door by 5 PM. He came in thoroughly explained everything he was doing and helped unclog it with a snake. The next day it seemed to be clogging a bit and Eddie came on over free of charge to take look and help me out. A week later my standpipe by my washer was having draining issues. I asked him to come take a look and instead he gives me a technique over the phone to help take care of it. Now there are really not too many people on this planet that would refuse extra business and lend free advice but Eddie went the extra mile so I wouldn't have to pay anything for the small issue I was having. He's one of those people that truly enjoy customer satisfaction and I definitely appreciate all his hard work! Choose him you can't go wrong!

I don't know how I could be happier, they spent time with me over the phone discussing the issue to try and make sure I knew what to expect when they arrived. Eddie happened to be in the neighborhood when I called, on his way to another call, so he was here in just a few minutes, obviously in a hurry, but took care of a difficult blockage quickly and made sure that I was happy with the service. The next surprise was the bill; it was less than the $99 loss leader that gets advertised on the radio! And they didn't try and up-sell me on services I didn't need.

I hosted a party for about 30 people a few days before Christmas. The majority of the guests used the downstairs bathroom. One of the guests seriously clogged the toilet. SERIOUSLY! It was brought to my attention that a plunger was needed pronto in the bathroom. Problem...didn't own one as my daughter and I have lived in our home for over 15 years and have never needed one! I walked in the bathroom and....well...no words. Fast forward to early morning with new plunger in hand. Easy peasy, right? WRONG! As I start plunging, (while gagging trying so hard not to throw up...unsuccessfully as it turns out) the water, way too much used toilet paper AND POOP...are slowly but surely making its way to the top of the toilet!!! I'm in panic mode, plunging like I'm an Olympian in the toilet/plunger Olympics!!! Before you know it, overflow!!! Pouring over the top...splashing all over my brand new expensive rugs...my walls...my white tile floor...and worst of all...my pants and socks with NO SHOES! OH MY GOD! I had someone that I work with...POOP...on my pants and socks!!! Admittedly, my stomach is more queasy than the average person. I am no way exaggerating what a disgusting mess this was! Me trying to fix the problem only made it worse! I screamed for my daughter to get more towels, hoping they would soak up the water...etc. (ewe) and the water would recede. Long story short, I attempted to ""fix"" this myself two more times to no avail. Pretty much same scenario replayed every time. I gave up, left the window open in the bathroom and shut the door. This was Christmas Eve, before I left for work. (work nights) I figured no one would be opened on Christmas and if they were I'd be paying crazy prices so I waited until I got home from work Friday morning, the 26th. I researched Yelp and called many places. I liked everything I read about TP Rooter. I called about 8am. Eddy answered the phone right away. The connection wasn't very good, come to find out he was working a job in the high winds we were having today on a roof as he was talking to me! I explained my situation. He asked me to text him my address and he was at my house within an hour of my initial call!

I felt at ease with Eddy right away. He was very easy to talk to and very sweet. I warned him what he was up against once he opened the door. He was brave and went right in without hesitation. I could tell by his face (I was standing a room away) what he saw wasn't pretty. The machine he used was a little loud. Eddy asked me something, without thinking about it I walked over to him and entered the doorway, OMG instant gagging!! Eyes watered, almost lost it again! Understandably, he kind of chuckled (as I would have) at me. He so sweetly asked me if I wanted him to scrub the now dried up shit up! Really?! Inside I'm saying HELL YES I DO!! But the humane person I am would not do that to another human being...barring the original pooper of course.

Eddy explained that the reason for the clog was way too much toilet paper was used. My house was built in the 90's, the pipes used to build newer homes are not like they use to be as far as quality. I recall the builder telling me that when I bought my home as well, advising to go easy on toilet paper and just in general to be careful on what is being flushed down the drains. Not only was Eddy fast, efficient, knowledgeable, kind and sweet...he was honest! He charged me less than what he quoted me over the phone! Unheard of anymore! Very refreshing. If I could give Eddy and TP Rooter 10 stars, I would! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone! Thank you Eddy!!

Called them at 9:30am on a Sunday (today) and got a call back as I was leaving a voicemail. Eddie came out immediately, gave an honest quote over the phone, and provided great service. They were able to unclog our main line that was a result of a drunk friend stuffing tissues down the toilet. What a huge relief having them come out. I would highly recommend calling them!

I called Eddie because of the reviews in Yelp. So it only seemed fair that I post a review of my own experience. Thank you Eddie. I now have a company I will call and recommend for any drainage problems.

I called Eddie the day after Thanksgiving, after calling two other companies from Yelp. Eddie answered the phone (unlike the other two companies) and responded within 30 minutes. He took one look at the problem and within 10 minutes had solved my drain problem. He offered helpful advise and even offered to help me clean up the mess I had made trying to fix it myself. He charged a very fair price - I would have paid more and felt it was worth it because of his professionalism and responsiveness. Ten minutes after he left, the second service I contacted called back and quoted a price nearly double. I still have not heard from the first service I called.

I got to say... I don't believe in 5 stars anything...Encore Las Vegas 4.5, my brothers Tesla P85 4.5, Even my favorite McDonald's fries 4.9, but Eddies quick response and quick and solid service with great price is definitely a 5 star service. Not only did he answer his phone the first time I called and every time after, which 3 other plummers did not even call back, he tried to get to my house faster then I could on the same day. He came, he saw and within 15 minutes of starting he finished. He also let me know what the problem was and what steps I needed to take to make sure the issue is resolved and how to deal with issues that may arise as well as who to call. Then to cap it off, he gave me a great price, lower then all the other plumbers I contacted that weren't available for a day or two. FAST, EFFICIENT and a GREAT PRICE! You can't go wrong with this guy. I now have a plumber for life... if only I could find a Dr like him! Thanks Eddie, even without yelp, I'm telling everyone about you. Keep being real, honest and affordable.

We had a clog that made nasty water back up into our downstairs shower. I called a few rooter companies without being able to reach anyone, TP rooter answered my call and was on site to fix the problem soon after. Eddie was efficient and knowledgeable. He cleared the clog and guaranteed his work. Hopefully we won't have that problem again for a while.
