TP Rooter killed it. We had an overflowing toilet downstairs. I thought I was smart and turned off the water, but it kept overflowing, turning the hall and bathroom floor into a nasty mess. Called up Eddie at TP Rooter and he not only told me what the problem was (mainline backup), he told me what to look for (cleanout) and how to find it. I texted him pictures and he identified for me what it was. He also gave me recommendations of who to call if I wanted it fixed that night, but told me it would be cheaper in the morning. He also told me what to expect to pay and what he would charge. I waited until morning and had him come then. He solved the issue, explaining the whole time what was going on and how to prevent it from happening in the future. He gave me a reasonable price and a guarantee. I would definitely recommend TP Rooter and would use them again!

Update Two Months Later: Pipe backed up again, Eddie came out again to fix it free of charge, even though it was outside the one month warranty. He helped figure out exactly what our problem was. If there was a six star rating, I would give it!

My wife and I had water start backing up into our showers on a Friday. We contacted a plumber, not TP Rooter, and they said they could not be out until Saturday morning. When the non-TP Rooter plumber showed up he said could not help us because we did not have a main line access.

I looked on Yelp to find another plumber and saw TP Rooter. I called them and left a voicemail. Eddy contacted me back right away. He said he would be able to come out the same day as soon as he was done with his current job. He arrived when he said he would and cleared out the mainline in what seemed like no time. He was professional and friendly. The price for the service was more than reasonable compared to other plumbers that had done the same work before.

If I ever have this problem again, I will not hesitate to contact TP Rooter again.

We realized our house mainline was blocked around 9 pm. It was back in February and it was pouring outside. The plumber I've called for the past 10 years wouldn't come until next day. I found these guys in Yelp and called them. They were here in about 30 min, as they mentioned. They looked very young, and at first I was skeptical, but soon they impressed my husband and I with their professionalism and politeness. I promised myself I would rate them. Better late than never.

I had a mainline blockage and I called TP Rooter service on a Sunday morning. Eddie came out, he was very friendly, professional, he knew what needed to be done and got the job done. His prices were very good, affordable. He took his time cleaning my bathroom floor after removing the blockage and left no mess for me to have to clean up.

I'll be sure to call him again in the future and definitely recommend him to anyone I know that needs service.

They were great. We had a backup in the main line at 9pm on a Monday and they were very prompt, professional and clean! They were very prepared with their industrial equipment. Overall they did a great job I would definitely recommend them to others!!

My tenants call at 9pm to tell me the bathtub is clogged. I check Yelp and find TP Rooter and give them a call. I plan to leave a message, but Victor picks up, gives me a good quote and says he can make it in the morning. He gets there early and finds a more complicated clog than expected but finds a way to clear it up. He still sticks to the original quote. Tenants are happy and I'm happy. If you have a tough clog, definitely give TP Rooter a call.

Had a main line back up and gave Eddy a call... I was on my way out, so I asked him to come by any time after 1 pm. He called at 1:05 and said he was on his way.

He has an industrial rooter - much more powerful than the smaller snakes most plumbers use. He worked on the main for a while, and was able to fully open the pipe.... not just knock out a hole thru the clog, as most smaller snakes would have done.

He was polite, professional, knowledgeable - and most importantly did NOT do an upsell routine! Highly recommended!

After just waking up on Sunday, I came downstairs to the womanly shrieks of my roommate. The trash disposal was throwing up garbage in my laundry room! Chimichurri sauce was spewing out of the washing machine drain pipe like a young boy first hitting puberty.

Immediately I found Eddy through other Yelpers and he picked up my call and quickly came down to assist me. He explained everything to me and even gave me tips before getting down and dirty to clean my man pipes.
