I am blown away by the service and pricing of this Son & Pop company. We have been living in our house for 25 years, so back then most of the piping in front of the house was made of clay. As Eddie was explaining, newer homes use plastic since it's more durable, resistant to calcium buildup, and harder for roots to penetrate. I originally contacted Done Rite Plumbing and they RIPPED ME OFF. (I will consider not bashing on their own site for now to leave this here). Dave from Done Rite charged me an outrageous $400+ for a minor job that should cost HALF that- all he did was snake a camera and temporarily flushed the problem out (come to find out it would cost an additional $1500 ON TOP of what I had already paid to fix the actual problem, complete BS.)

I was pretty numb after Done Rite raped my checkbook. As my senses came back, I started calling other Rooter companies to gage their opinion. I explained my situation to Eddie, and immediately he knew I had been ripped! He offered to come snake a camera and SHOW me the problem before starting any actual work. Fast forward a month, he and his team broke concrete, flushed out the line, replaced 8 feet of piping, within 2.5 hrs for under $1200. **WE GOT A GOOD DEAL AND PAID A FRACTION OF THAT, BUT YOU'LL HAVE TO CALL EDDIE FOR YOURSELF ;)**

I am BEYOND satisfied by his customer service. You can tell when someone is as passionate about their trade like Eddie is. He didn't just TELL us what he would do, he EXPLAINED everything and answered all our questions along the way. I actually work in Real Estate and managed SFH, so Im not completely clueless about these things. I felt extremely comfortable around him because he was TRANSPARENT and I trusted him. I am so thrilled with the results of his work that we DEFINITELY will be recommending him. This is a project that all homeowners will have to eventually face as their homes age, and I'm so glad I can refer a trustworthy company to my family/friends. I'm sure this won't be the last time I'll be working with Eddie & his team

Our toilets backed up into the showers in the middle of the night. We were desperate for help and TP Rooter came to the rescue. They were quick and polite. Price was reasonable and comparable to other plumbers we've used.

I came back home then i saw my toilet was leaking and my room is like a river. I was so frustrated. I went to help then i called tp rooter. I talked to eddie he asked me politely and answered my question professinally. In shorts its like i called 911 cuz they came to my place right away and told me they had to fix the main sewer cuz its clog. Theyre like a pain reliever. Thanks for helping us out.

After constant Main Sewer Drain problems. Due to our property being old construction it did not have a back-flow/Clean out point access.. So when it would clog all the water would accumulate & it would back track with all debris and come out my tubs.. If it wasn't for these guys installing a main line clean-out I still would have toilet paper, debris, shit coming out of my shower drain.

Let me start with his: Eddy and his team are amazing. Our house flooded early this morning and Eddy and his team came by very promptly and assessed the situation accurately. I had an issue with the water line that connects to the fridge. I called sunday asking if they could come out Monday and he told me to call Monday. So I called Monday and they sent someone out within an hour. Very happy with that. And then the guy who came out gave me a couple options. Said he has to go to a special place for a part that Home Depot doesn't carry. What could've easily cost $400, he found the part at Ace Hardware and did the job for $100. Definitely recommend them. I will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Eddie and TP Rooter are my goto guys for drain clogs which inevitably occur in our house due to all the cooking and entertaining that happens over the holidays. They are always quick to respond and usually end up waiting for me since they are so prompt to arrive. Even though they always give us great advice on how to avoid clogs in the first place, I'm sure we will continue to need their services in the future!

Quick service, super fair price, and great advice. I called them about 6 am on a Sunday after my toilets and showers wouldn't drain. They were at my house within an hour with the problem fixed. I'd use this rooter service again.

I would highly recommend TP Rooter. Eddie was so nice and helpful. They were at my house within 25 minutes. They quickly fixed the clog in the main sewer line. I felt completely at ease with this business. They were honest and very professional. They came to my house the day after Thanksgiving. So thankful to have found a new plumber.

I found these technicians here on Yelp and all I can say is nothing but good remarks. They pitched me a great deal and I had them unclog this stubborn bathtub that I could not unclog with the plastic hook thing. I could not even unclog it with the plunger and rag method. Until these techs finally came ready to knock this plumbing issue out the park. A homerun finish indeed!!!!
