Nice guys. My mainline is a bit of a mess and Eddie suggested that I have a camera inspection. He recommended a guy to do the work and that guy said I should have a hydro-jetting performed, but that he'd also require the install of a two way clean out because my current one isn't sufficient. I called back Eddie to get a second estimate. He doesn't do that kind of work, but he spent a lot of time with me going over what I should ask for in terms of warranty from the plumber that would eventually do the work. He also came out and snaked my mainline a second time, at no charge.

Big thumbs up for Eddie. A year ago I had him come out to my place all the way in unincorporated Santa Ana. After he quoted me over the phone, he came out to unclog a main line which extended to almost 1000 feet; pretty much at the city's line. Even though the job was much more difficult than he anticipated, the price never changed. Since then, I call Eddie and his cousins for any clog issues I run into. He's come out to one of my spots in Fountain Valley and Westminster. He's extremely honest and makes sure his work is 100% so that you won't run into any issues down the line. A+++ for Eddie and TP Rooter

Eddie just rooted the main line for my kitchen sink. Was here in less than an hour after I called. Very nice and helpful. Rooted the drain in an hour and was honest about the whole thing. Wasn't very expensive and didn't upsell anything. Will use TP again as this is what they do and know their business.

I'm on the phone with Eddie right now, he is a great guy! I own a large apartment building and I don't trust people who are in the business of fixing emergencies. They are often in the business of gouging because their customers are desperate. I'm glad to have found him because 99% of my plumbing issues are clog related, and that is Eddies specialty. I may need a commercial hot water heater, and Eddie admits that is not his gig, but gave me a referral of a competent plumber. Eddie recently received a bad review on yelp because he referred another plumbing company to do work that he doesn't do. The other company gave the poor service but he is taking the hit for it, so he almost didn't want to refer me to another plumber in case that were to happen again.
As a business owner I know how painful a negative yelp review can be, as I had one that was fraudulent because of my political beliefs.
I've programmed Eddie in my phone and will be using him in the future.

Horrible service. Had a clogged bathroom sink. Called both numbers, both rang 10 times be found ore voice mail. No company name or greeting. Left a message and received a response from Eddie. He couldn't do the job but would send one of his technicians. Friday an unmarked red truck shows up with the guys to clear the drain. No uniforms, but polite. They had to snake the drain, using a device with the motor falling off the mount. Comical but it finally worked. The problem arose when they reassembled the p trap. It leaked. The leak was discovered that night. Eddie was called, he sent the same guy again who tightened something. But the leak continues. Eddie called again, today Sunday 4.6. He said he had to talk to his boss and would call back within 10 minutes. No call in 10, 60 and more minutes. So, very long story, please learn from my mistake and stay away from TP Rooter and Eddie. They fix and duck up on the same call.

I just have to add to the praise here. Eddy is truly amazing. The first time he came to unclog our mainline was on a Sunday. I had called 3 other ""24 hour"" services, only to leave multiple messages and never hear back. Eddy called me back right away and came quickly to our house. A clogged mainline really puts your life on hold, and Eddy understands and sympathizes with what a pain it is. He's friendly and professional and gets the job done. Unfortunately, our clog was back exactly a week later due to some really persistent tree roots. He once again rushed to our house, this time bringing out his big guns, and cleared up our problem - free of charge. There aren't many businesses that will come to your house two Sundays in a row, offer you service with a smile, and only charge you for one visit.

This morning our tree roots struck again, and once again, he's made himself available right away. I highly recommend this company without hesitation. They make a horrible situation manageable.

These Guys were quick, professional, and very kind. They did their job, fixed the problem and never tried to upsell me (which I respect so much!) They explained the problem and gave me great advice on how to maintain my pipes so the issue doesn't happen again! Very reasonable in pricing- I will definitely make them my regular guys after years of searching for good service. Thank you again for a job done far above my expectations!!

These guys are the absolute best. I had a main sewer line clog. I called another rooter and he said it would be at least $350. So I hoped to get another opinion . Eddy gave me the best honest opinion. He told me it would be more worthwhile to rent the snake myself and clear the clog. He said that if he came, he would have to charge a lot because it would take him a while to run the snake a few times. Plus he would need to bring another worker to help and that would also cost more money. He told me that I could call him if I needed more instructions on how to do the job. I ended up renting the snake and got the drain cleared and it's been good since. I love how honest Eddy was and I would wholeheartedly recommend him.
