I had a leak under the kitchen sink, Touchdown send Joel to fix it and replace the drain valve, Joel was very professional courteous and informative about the problem. He also took Covid-19 precautions and were a mask.

I contacted Touchdown to provide a quote for installation of a whole house water filter, plus some other services. We scheduled a day and time, but Rich canceled just 30 minutes before, stating he had an ""emergency."" We rescheduled for about a week later, and Rich showed up and inspected the site. He told me to send him links for what we wanted installed, which I did, and he responded that he'd send an estimate. But he never did. I contacted him via text and Yelp multiple times with no response. Now I'm back at square one and need to find a new plumber. Do not waste your time with Touchdown if you need a company that communicates quickly and professionally and follows up in a timely manner.

My water bill was rising with no visible signs of a leak. I called Rich and explained my situation. He was able to come out within an hour and a half. He couldn't immediately find a leak but was determined to keep looking. He finally turned off the valve where my reverse osmosis water system is located, and the water meter indicator finally stopped moving. He explained that the leak was inside the system itself, thus no visible leaking. He does not install water filtration systems, so I contacted a company that does. Thankfully, I didn't have to pay a lot more money for a leak detection company to come out, and his price was reasonable. Thank you, Rich!
