Extremely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate last Saturday and was given a 2 hour window for late afternoon. I rearranged my day to be available and David was a no show and didn't bother to call me to reschedule. I gave him the benefit of a doubt (based on his reviews) and reached out to him on Tuesday 11/10. After apologizing profusely; we rescheduled for 11/11 between 8 and 9. David was over an hour late (although he did text me with an ETA around 9:45. I was given an estimate and advised to get the necessary parts and he would return between 4:30 & 5 to do the repair. It is now 7:45 PM and he never returned; nor has he responded to my text or voicemail. I sincerely hope that this is not the manner in which he regularly conducts business.

Dedicated and honest are some ways I would explain Touchdown Plumbing. All the gentlemen were professional and very experienced at what they do. They are patient and work hard to get done as quickly without losing quality.
I have made the mistake of using other plumbers in true past, but I now found the plumbing company we are staying with. A smaller company which you can see act more like a family when they work together.

TDP for the WIN!!! My fiancé and I just bought a brand new washer and dryer. We only used it a couple of times before our garage started getting flooded with large amounts of water, and we didn't know why. Turns out our drains were old and it was clogged, causing the water to spit out. We were referred to TDP by a trusted friend. I called them at 12:30pm and within less than an hour, Rich came out to take a look. He was able to take care of the clog within minutes after diagnosing the problem. Everything is functioning the way it is suppose to again. It's very hard to find a trusted plumber. I feel like many would take advantage of the fear in new homeowners. But not Rich. His prices were fair and his attentiveness to the job was 110%. My fiancé and I appreciate strong business ethics, and we found a plumber for life! I would highly, highly recommend Rich and TDP from all your plumbing needs.
