We've been calling Rich at Touchdown Plumbling for years for various issues. We always get quick and quality service. Last time, they replaced our water tank. Most recently they hydro-jetted an outdoor drain that was clogged and fixed a leaky bathtub faucet that was corroded in the same day. Both issues were more severe than expected, but Steven was very thorough and did a great job at fixing both. He was very nice and good at communicating. Invoices are always very detailed and itemized so you know exactly what you're paying for. After another great experience, we are sure that we will be contacting Touchdown Plumbing again the next time we have an issue.

I call touchdown plumbing and as I'm calling I get a text messages that they wanted me to text them. So I did explaining my toilet is clogged, they ask what was the issue I went on to explain
That the toilet needs to be remove the deodorizer. Then I asked how much would they charge
And I waiting several minutes for them to reply
Then finally they answered $350 so I just went on to the next one on the list 28 minutes later they replied if I wanted to schedule for it. I replied no too expensive

I had a great experience with Rich at Touchdown. He responded very quickly to my inquiry sent through Yelp. He provided a quote, and arranged for him to come out the next day. He hydro-jetted my main line for roots just as we discussed. Assuming I have to do this periodically to keep our line clear, I'll definitely contact Rich again!

Touchdown took on the big project of completely replacing or lining our old cast iron pipes. The project turned out to be more complicated than any of us imagined - Touchdown first discovered that one of our pipes was almost completely blocked by tree roots, and had to spend hours cleaning it out. They then discovered they needed to hammer through some concrete to replace a certain section of our pipes. Even with the extra discoveries, our final bill was lower than an estimate from another plumber who didn't quote us for those problems. Rich and all of the guys from his crew were efficient, nice, and communicative about whatever was going on. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing problems!
