Sewer lateral blew on Sunday eve. Called Raul Monday morning first thing (before operating hours) and he returned the call within minutes and was at my house within the hour.
He did all the investigative work with me at his side, explaining every step thoroughly. As suspected, the line needed to be replaced and quick because I had renters showing up in two days. Raul was kind enough to drop everything and get to work immediately. Everything went according to plan. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency at which he and his crew work.
And the best part is that they didn't even leave a trace!!!
I can't say enough about the experience. It was actually better than 5 star because he went so far above and beyond on so many levels.
The only thing I want to call out is that he does have a strong accent and a bit difficult to understand on the phone but don't let that get in the way. Just give him your address and meet him in person to discuss the details and everything will fall into place. His son, Raul Jr. is working there as well, managing the crew etc. Very nice and capable like his father with excellent communication skills.

We recently had 371 ft of new sewer line replaced by Totos plumbing. Raul Sr., his son and crew did a very efficient job. They ran into several unexpected problems in the course of the work which added at least an extra day and a half to their workload. There were no complaints they just kept at until the work was done. Oh yes the price. I received 4 estimates and Raul's bid was the cheapest by far. One bid was nearly twice his. If you want a good job at the right price, call Totos.

Replacing the sewer lateral was not something I was excited about. When I couldn't put it off any longer, my regular plumber suggested I call Toto's. Raul is a great guy. He's very low key, very professional. He gave me a solid price, not a price that ""might change"" depending on what happened once he got going. His team, which included is son, was great. Once I saw how involved the trenchless replacement became, I was really happy that I hired them instead of one of those ""emergency"" plumbing outfits. Toto's is an excellent company.

Our sewer lateral is a unusual situation, its at the rear of the house, 10 feet deep and under 2 very large trees! Other companies weren't even interested in my business when they saw how challenging it was going to be. Raul and his crew did a great job at a great price.

I hired him to replace another sewer line for a kitchen and bathroom. Again, great job and great price. My only complaint is that they show-up without letting me know ahead of time. A text or phone call heads up would have been nice. But quality of work was great.

Do not trust this man! He told me I needed a sewer lateral that I did not need. He started the work and a city inspector saw that the concrete was broken. He said that there was no permit pulled to do work there. He also said that I should check with the Water Board to see if the sewer lateral was bad. I did so and the man at the Water Board said it was fine based on the video he was presented with. The concrete was filled in and I was refunded my money.

Raul and his gang did an impressive job replacing my sewer lateral. He was thorough in describing what he could and would do, perfectly punctual, extremely hard-working, and accommodating to my schedule. He was also highly responsive to my additional requests to fix some tilted concrete lifted by the ""trenchless"" wrenching of new pipe through the route of old. We had to tear out our hardwood floors due to a mysterious water leak. We hired leak specialists, concrete engineers, radiant heat experts, and two plumbing contractors to help us find the source of the water and fix it. After over 3 weeks and thousands of dollars, Toto's plumbing was recommended by a general contractor. The owner, Raul, arrived with his sewer pipe camera and within hours found the culprit - a 2 foot long root outside the master bathroom had grown inside the pipes. He and his crew not only took care of the root problem, but helped us bring other plumbing issues discovered along the way up to code. I can not say enough about the quality of the work - the pricing was very reasonable. Raul and his son (also Raul) were a complete joy to work with. Professional, diligent, thorough, and pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend the Rauls for whatever plumbing needs you might have.
