Ken received his Masters License at a young age of 25, establishing Roche Plumbing & Heating in 1994. Under Ken's guidance, the business expanded rapidly, transitioning from custom homes and condos to full-service plumbing. In 1997, he started Core Bore for concrete demolition, later selling it in 2001 to launch ""Monsters of the Underground"". In 2001, he broadened his offerings with Roche Trenchless Plumbing, employing cutting-edge video cameras, locators, and high-pressure jetters to address challenging drain and sewer problems. This innovative approach allows his skilled team to line existing pipes with top-quality epoxy and polyester, repairing old sewers without excavation. Today, the business is known as Total Service P.H.D., highlighting the diverse scope of work available.

As the son of a master plumber and general contractor, Ken Roche is naturally suited for this work. Ken, a native of upstate New York, graduated from Niagara University in 1991 and settled in Steamboat Springs to experience the ""ski bum"" lifestyle. As with many, he discovered that the ""lifestyle"" was not as appealing as it appeared and needed to find steady work. Ken returned to the trade he knew best: plumbing. At 25, he obtained his Masters License and opened Roche Plumbing & Heating in 1994, eventually evolving into Total Service, PHD. Ken employs a ""one call does it all"" philosophy with Total Service, handling everything from major excavation and sewer repairs to perimeter drains and septic systems. His experienced team is ready to manage it all with a single phone call. They even provide general contracting services for major flood damage resulting from frozen and burst pipes.
