I am a property manager for a company in Fullerton, CA. we have contracted Total Rooter and Plumbing because they are the best (I have worked with many over the years). They are prompt, fair with pricing, honest, and best is I get a tons of compliments from my tenants. I had a clogged shower, Steve unclogged it in minutes, cleaned up and was out so I can get back to the office. You want to hire this company!!

One of our bathroom sinks sprung a leak behind the sink cabinet at 7:30am this morning- resulting in a small flood, turing off the water to the entire house and placing emergency calls and texts to our rental home's management company. In less than an hour Reyes arrived at our door, identified the issue, ran out to purchase the busted part, and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. I just would like to add that Reyes was extememly polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and frankly a pleasure to have in our home. We would use this company again 100% and will recommend them to friends. thank you, Reyes!!!!!

Reyes was Rad. He was our friendly technician and solved our last minute emergency plumbing problem in quick time. He even tried to clean up the dirty mess I had left in the way when I attempted and failed at getting our kitchen sink unclogged. I needed assistance with backflow re-testing. Nathan was very helpful in setting up an appointment and getting me in touch with Steve, their backflow technician. I told the situation to Steve and he was very detailed in explaining all possible outcomes.

On the day of the appointment Nathan called to confirm that Steve was on his way to the location. Steve arrived early and completed the test.

Moving forward, I will be calling on them for plumbing needs.

Great local plumbing company. Prices are very reasonable and what's great about them is they have a lot of their own supplies so customers often don't have to wait for parts.

I've worked with them on some of my units for leaks, water heater repair, tankless water heater descaling, and a host of other issues. They usually give a time for eta and are often prompt and will communicate with the customer if there are any delays.

Horribly rude and shoddy work. They did some work on a leaking gas line. While I appreciated that they came out in a timely manner, I was not prepared for how rude they were.
The SoCalGas tech told me to specifically ask about a type of test to make sure the work was done correctly.
The workers would not even allow me to ask the question to confirm their work. They told me to 'just call the gas company. I have no idea if the work was done correctly. When I explicitly asked if the work was don't complete and properly, they told me to call the gas company.

So at this point, I have no verbal or physical evidence that the work was done completely and properly.

EDIT to add:
SoCalGas came to the house to unlock the meter and turn the gas back on.
Within 2 mins of the gas being turned back on, the house FILLED with gas, and I nearly passed out and almost vomited from the chemical smell. The SoCalGas tech was shocked when the meter went crazy because it showed a line left open according to his readings. The pipe workers left an open gas line in our home in their rush to get to the weekend. We had to evacuate our home for our own safety because of the open line.
That earned us our 2nd red tag and meter lock of the day.
When confronted with their shoddy work over the phone by the SoCalGas tech in my presence, the main worker was unapologetic and refused to admit fault. In fact, he also cut off the SoCalGas tech while he was speaking and trying to explain that to work was not complete, nor was it done properly.
Their actions put my family and home in danger and our health at risk.
