We had our Kitchen sink backing up and water and other stuff coming out of the clean out valve in the back as well. We live in an apartment on the ground floor. We contacted the apartment manager who called the plumber. They arrived within 40 minutes after being called. David was our plumber, he was very professional and listened to our concerns. they came in, took 10 seconds to check and tell me to replace the whole toilet for $588 labor cost. It certainly felt like the didnt wanna try to fix it, they just want the $588 labor. They also charge $129.50 for the minute of work that they only told me to replace the whole toilet which I didnt approve.
