they came in, took 10 seconds to check and tell me to replace the whole toilet for $588 labor cost. It certainly felt like the didnt wanna try to fix it, they just want the $588 labor. They also charge $129.50 for the minute of work that they only told me to replace the whole toilet which I didnt approve.
