We had an issue with our water softener and got a super quick response and repair from Fidel. Literally, within an hour of me putting out a Yelp request and he showed up immediately. How great is that? He quickly diagnosed the problem and arrived promptly the next morning to replace the unit. He even replaced some other plumbing related issues that weren't up to code. Fidel was extremely professional and very friendly. His work was sound. I'll use Total Plumbing in the future and specifically ask for him.

Good service, but way too expensive. They are definitely fast and efficient but talk about sticker shock. $200+ for 10 minutes of work. I understand charging for a service call so your company doesn't get taken advantage of but sheesh. Might want to take a little better care of your customers if you want to keep them long term.

I had a roofing problem and my roofer recommended that I get my air conditioner looked at because there were some issues.

I called these guys to get an estimate an estimate and they wanted to charge me (I think $60?) to come out and give me an estimate. I said no thanks but they then agreed to lower the price to free. I found that odd but agreed.

They came over and seemed confused as to what I wanted. I explained the problem my roofer pointed out and also explained that the photos the roofer showed me showed holes on some of the AC ducting. They wanted me to call the roofer to get a copy of those photos. I declined and was worried they seemed very incompetent. I had three roofers come out and all 3 said my AC ducting had issues that needed immediate attention. It seems odd that 3 different roofers easily identified this problem but an HVAC company wanted to consult a roofer to identify an HVAC problem.

Once they finally decided what the problem was they said they'd email me a quote in a few days. It's been over a month and I'm yet to hear a thing. I'm glad I didn't pay for this as they initially wanted to charge me.

Maybe they do good work but based on this experience, they seem awful.
